从可持续发展的视角出发,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,总结归纳资源型县域的绿色矿业综合评价指标体系。并运用AHP-EM-TOPSIS集成评价方法对我国河南嵩县2006-2011年绿色矿业建设情况进行综合评价。评价结果表明,当前嵩县的绿色矿业仍处于中等水平,还有较大的发展空间,应当充分发挥资源优势,将其转化为经济优势,完善绿色矿业体系,实现资源、环境、经济和社会的协调发展。  相似文献

This paper explores the relationship between scientific publication and patenting activity. More specifically, it examines for the field of nano-science and nano-technology whether researchers who both publish and patent are more productive and more highly cited than their peers who concentrate on scholarly publication in communicating their research results. This study is based on an analysis of the nano-science publications and nano-technology patents of a small set of European countries. While only a very few nano-scientists appear to hold patents in nano-technology, many nano-inventors seem to be actively publishing nano-science research. Overall, the patenting scientists appear to outperform their solely publishing (non-inventing) peers in terms of publication counts and citation frequency. However, a closer examination of the highly active and highly cited nano-authors points to a slightly different situation. While still over-represented among the highly cited authors, inventor-authors appear not to be among the most highly cited authors in that category, with a single notable exception. One policy implication is that, generally speaking, patenting activity does not appear to have an adverse impact on the publication and citation performance of researchers.  相似文献

以“ISI Highly Cited.com”数据库中分子生物学与遗传学领域中部分科学家为样本,从纵向和横断的角度对该领域高被引科学家h指数进行统计,对h指数的历时性和共时性进行探讨和分析。结果表明:高被引科学家在研究生涯内h指数有线性成长规律;当高被引科学家不再发表论文后,h指数仍在5-8年期呈现对数型成长;以10年期划分的中年组、中老年组和老年组高被引科学家的h指数平均值以等差10依次递增。  相似文献   

开放科学的动机:基于两部门科学家的实证研究

开放科学是创新者对知识的开放披露行为,它可以促进知识的开放与共享,有利于提高创新的社会福利。开放科学行为普遍存在于学术与产业部门,它具有"科学-商业"二元价值观。基于这种观点,本研究对科学家开放科学的动机进行了全新的解释,构建了"职业-产权-地位-经济"四维动机的理论框架。并通过对两部门883名科学家的实证测量,验证了理论框架的合理性,找出了两部门科学家开放科学动机的差异性,并为政策制定者和企业管理者提供了重要的启示。  相似文献   

The mechanisms of collaboration in inventive teams: Composition, social networks, and geography

This paper investigates the composition of creative teams of academic scientists engaged in inventive activity. Our data provides a unique opportunity to explore the links between team composition and commercialization outcomes. We find that there are coordination costs associated with reaching across academic departments and organizational boundaries to build teams. However, we also find evidence of benefits due to knowledge diversity, particularly in the cases of truly novel combinations. In support of internal cohesion arguments, we find that performance improves with the experience of the team. In line with arguments regarding the value of diverse external networks, we find that teams that are composed of members from multiple institutions - focal university, other research institution, and/or industry - are more successful in generating patents, licenses, and royalties. Finally, we find that the presence of prior social ties supporting links with external team members positively influences commercial outcomes. We find that there is no benefit to proximity in team configuration.  相似文献
