移动图书馆服务质量的感知差异性分析

[目的/意义] 移动图书馆的快速发展引发了学者们对移动图书馆服务质量的广泛关注,从用户感知差异的角度去探讨服务质量有助于提升移动图书馆服务水平。[方法/过程] 使用自建的移动图书馆服务质量观测量表,采用方差分析、象限分析和聚类分析方法,从用户的性别、学科类型、使用经验和机构属性进行差异性分析。[结果/结论] 研究发现用户对服务质量的感知存在差异性,移动图书馆服务应重视以服务推广为核心的服务宣传,并以交互体验改进作为未来服务质量的改进重点。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 移动图书馆服务平台的改进需求识别对于进一步完善移动图书馆服务,提高用户满意度有重要意义。[方法/过程] 依托扎根理论,利用Nvivo软件对移动图书馆用户开放性调查所获取的文本数据进行分析,通过编码表达其数量特征和内容特征。[结果/结论] 移动图书馆服务平台的改进需求涉及“功能改进需求”“技术改进需求”和“用户关怀改进需求”3个主范畴,其中“功能改进需求”参考点最多。从子范畴来看,“功能丰富性”“功能适用性”“用户体验提升”最为受到用户的关注。利用10个树状节点、36个自由节点构成移动图书馆服务平台改进需求的结构体系。  相似文献

This session reported the findings of a comparative analysis of how e-books are represented across multiple platforms. In this session, the presenters shared the results of a study that examined how a sample of academic e-books are represented across different platforms. Topics of analysis included: the inclusion of various metadata, the visual presentation of e-book content, and variations in search results. Helping patrons find locally held electronic resources: An interlibrary loan perspective

The University of North Texas Libraries provide extensive online access to academic journals through major vendor databases. As illustrated by interlibrary loan borrowing requests for items held in our databases, patrons often have difficulty navigating the available resources. In this study, the Interlibrary Loan staff used data gathered from the ILLiad interlibrary loan management system to investigate why patrons request locally available materials. This study resulted in recommendations for the Libraries' linking strategies in EBSCOhost databases. Teachers’ technology adoption and practices: lessons learned from the IWB phenomenon

The twenty-first century has seen unprecedented investment from governments around the world in educational technologies in schools. This paper investigates Australian teachers’ adoption and use of a popular technology that has been extensively supported by governments and school systems: the interactive whiteboard (IWB). The study suggests that a number of the barriers identified in the early days of adoption and use of this technology, such as professional support and access, still remain for many teachers, thereby impeding effective practices. The research also found that primary school teachers were using the technology in diverse ways, in contrast to secondary teachers who were using the IWB mainly for instructionist, presentational purposes. We conclude by considering various ways of reducing the effect of the identified barriers to support implementation of educational technologies in the classroom, especially the next generation of technologies promoted by governments and systems.  相似文献
