Error-resilient video communication over lossy packet networks is often designed and operated based on models for the effect of losses on the reconstructed video quality. This paper analyzes the channel distortion for video over lossy packet networks and proposes a new model that, compared to previous models, more accurately estimates the expected mean-squared error distortion for different packet loss patterns by accounting for inter-frame error propagation and the correlation between error frames. The accuracy of the proposed model is validated with JVT/H.264 encoded standard test sequences and previous frame concealment, where the proposed model provides an obvious accuracy gain over previous models. 相似文献

物流企业是我国改革开放后，随着经济发展产生的新型企业，它区别干原有的仓储、运输等企业，同时也与其他服务企业有一定的区别。那么，作为新型的大型国有物流企业，在由计划经济为主向市场经济为主的转型期间，如何应对瞬息万变的市场情况，从原来对市场经济理解不深，到从思想上到组织上如何建立健全市场营销体系；如何理解新型物流企业的市场营销管理，在实际工作中又如何解决具体的营销策略；面对性的市场情况，服务产品如何设计．使用什么样的营销手段解决具体营销的问题，销售渠道如何建立，人员激励机制如何解决；特定区域、特定经营范围的物流企业如何制定相应的营销策略等等；这些是我们需要加强研究的主要方面，也是国有企业转型中主要面临的问题。

In real multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, the perfect channel state information (CSI) may be costly or impossible to acquire. But the channel statistical information can be considered relatively stationary during long-term transmission. The statistical information can be obtained at the receiver and fed back to the transmitter and do not require frequent update. By exploiting channel mean and covariance information at the transmitter simultaneously, this paper investigates the optimal trans- mission strategy for spatially correlated MIMO channels. An upper bound of ergodic capacity is derived and taken as the per- formance criterion. Simulation results are also given to show the performance improvement of the optimal transmission strategy. 相似文献

This paper deals with the design and performance analysis of the transmission precoder optimization for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems with limited feedback of channel state information (CSI). We assume that the receiver can get perfect channel knowledge by channel estimation while the transmitter only has partial channel knowledge from limited feedback. We present a minimum mean square error (MMSE) criterion based codebook construction algorithm for MIMO pre- coded spatial multiplexing systems under a specific average power constraint. The optimal transmitter structure is employed in this paper. Simulation results show that the MMSE criteria based codebook construction algorithm with hybrid design of power allocation and precoding can achieve better performance than that of equal power allocation based codebook of previous research. 相似文献
