随着互联网的普及,越来越多的学术论文将网络信息作为参考文献源,但这些网络引文相对于传统引文更加容易衰减。选取中文图书情报领域的三种核心期刊,对其1999-2008十年中发表的学术论文的网络引文进行分类处理,统计这些URL的衰减原因,计算中文图书情报领域核心期刊网络引文的半衰期,分析年际数量变化、域名和深度与其衰减规律的联系。并从URL特征、网络引文格式、网络信息来源等几个方面对缓解网络引文衰减提出6点建议。  相似文献

通过对广州市10个区级图书馆的调查,发现图书馆视障阅览室普遍存在利用率低的“遇冷”现象。从无障碍意识、视障读者需求、图书馆服务和视障读者自身的因素等方面分析其成因,指出视障阅览室必须扭转“遇冷”的局面：强化无障碍意识,完善无障碍环境建设;以人为本,创新无障碍服务方式;尊重视障读者,打造无障碍的人文环境;加强合作,提升无障碍服务的整体效能;加强队伍建设,提高无障碍服务水平。  相似文献

作为精品课程重要组成部分的精品课程网站,是实施网络教育和资源共享的平台,精品课程网站的易访问性问题影响着学习者获取学习资源的便利性和有效性.借助于Bobby检洲工具对2003～2007年度国家、省、校三级精品课程网站进行了易访问性抽样评测和分析,结果发现大多数网站都有易访问性问题,并对改进精品网站的易访问性提出对策.  相似文献

Building student trust in online learning environments

As online learning continues to gain widespread attention and thrive as a legitimate alternative to classroom instruction, educational institutions and online instructors face the challenge of building and sustaining student trust in online learning environments. The present study represents an attempt to address the challenge by identifying the social and technical factors that can likely induce or influence students’ perception about the trustworthiness of an online course and integrating the factors into a socio-technical framework that can be empirically validated. The methodology used and the data obtained from a university-wide survey conducted in an American university are reported in this article. Feedback from students with disabilities was further investigated, and the result has important implications for our understanding of disabled students’ acceptance for online learning.  相似文献

Assessing the Library Homepages of COPLAC Institutions for Section 508 Accessibility Errors: Who's Accessible,Who's Not,and How the Online WebXACT Assessment Tool Can Help

ABSTRACT

The Council on Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) libraries websites were assessed for Section 508 errors using the online WebXACT tool. Only three of the twenty-one institutions (14%) had zero accessibility errors. Eighty-six percent of the COPLAC institutions had an average of 1.24 errors. Section 508 compliance is required for institutions receiving federal funding. While this study shows the need to correct the existing errors, the low error rate shows that COPLAC institutions have generally been conscious of accessibility standards and are working toward achieving fully accessible websites. Studies of the connections between average accessibility errors and the geographic locations of these institutions, the amount of federal funding received, and size were inconclusive. The main aim of the study is to demonstrate the need to check library websites using the free WebXACT tool. This tool offers suggestions for accessibility that should serve to decrease the number of pages that are inaccessible to patrons.  相似文献

面向听障儿童的无障碍移动学习资源设计研究

信息无障碍的实施和推广为听障儿童通过计算机和辅助设备获取网络资源提供了便利,而移动设备的普及和移动学习卡模式的成熟义为听障儿皂的信息无障碍获取提供了一个新的机遇。通过分析听障儿童移动学习的现状,得知听障儿童移动学习的最人障碍在于移动学习资源的设计,文章针对听障儿章的生理特点和认知规律,在Mayer的信息认知模型指导下,从学习内容、媒体豢材、界面导航和交互方式四个方面分别提出具体的设计策略,并结合全日制聋校实验教材进行初步的案例设计,为听障儿童无障碍移动学习资源的进一步开发提供了相关的理论支持与技术专撑。  相似文献
