成人弱势群体教育救助是运用教育、培训的方法对想通过学习改变自己弱势地位的成人群体进行救助,帮助他们获得相应的素质与能力,转变自己生活境遇的救助途径。与适龄人群教育救助相比,成人弱势群体教育救助的原则、目标与方式都存在显著的差异。为了达到成人弱势群体教育救助的目的,可采取把成人弱势群体教育救助与劳动技能提升、社会人力资源需求以及成人继续教育改革相结合的救助机制。  相似文献

对口支援西部地区民族教育的工作可分为三大阶段,即初创阶段(1949-1980年);迅速发展阶段(1980-1999年);新世纪的飞跃发展阶段(2000年-)。西部大开发政策颁布实施后,教育部加强了对西部民族地区高等院校的支援协作,特别是北京内蒙古高等院校对口支援工作取得了飞跃式发展。北京内蒙古高等院校对口支援工作大力推动了我区高等教育和职业教育的区域协调发展,提升了我区高校和职业院校的办学质量,为内蒙古自治区各类少数民族人才培养做出了突出贡献。今后这一工作要确保政策的统筹性,保证各项政策的协调,并构建双赢机制,同时进一步加强管理力度。  相似文献

The Chinese financial aid system intends to increase the affordability of postsecondary education and provide access to college for disadvantaged students. However, the research base for access to aid in China is extremely thin. Using data from a large cross-sectional survey in Beijing, this study found that attending selective institutions with high-ability peers was positively correlated with the amount of aid awarded and the probability of receiving aid. Female students, students with college-educated fathers, and students from poorer households were expected to receive more aid. Junior and senior students along with more able individuals in science-related majors obtained significantly more financial assistance.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of caffeine supplementation on peak anaerobic power output (Wmax). Using a counterbalanced, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled design, 14 well-trained men completed three trials of a protocol consisting of a series of 6-s cycle ergometer sprints, separated by 5-min passive recovery periods. Sprints were performed at progressively increasing torque factors to determine the peak power/torque relationship and Wmax. Apart from Trial 1 (familiarisation), participants ingested a capsule containing 5 mg·kg?1 of caffeine or placebo, one hour before each trial. The effects of caffeine on blood lactate were investigated using capillary samples taken after each sprint. The torque factor which produced Wmax was not significantly different (p ≥ 0.05) between the caffeine (1.15 ± 0.08 N·m·kg?1) and placebo (1.13 ± 0.10 N·m·kg?1) trials. There was, however, a significant effect (p < 0.05) of supplementation on Wmax, with caffeine producing a higher value (1885 ± 303 W) than placebo (1835 ± 290 W). Analysis of the blood lactate data revealed a significant (p < 0.05) torque factor × supplement interaction with values being significantly higher from the sixth sprint (torque factor 1.0 N·m·kg?1) onwards following caffeine supplementation. The results of this study confirm previous reports that caffeine supplementation significantly increases blood lactate and Wmax. These findings may explain why the majority of previous studies, which have used fixed-torque factors of around 0.75 N·m·kg?1 and thereby failing to elicit Wmax, have failed to find an effect of caffeine on sprinting performance.  相似文献

Abstract

In the present study, we examined mood changes following dancing. Previous works suggested that contextual factors may influence affective states; it has been shown that changes in mood following competition differ from those following recreational exercise. The study has been conducted in Warsaw, Poland. Mood was assessed before and after dance activity in three groups of ballroom dancers: recreational (n = 32) and competitive (n = 38) dancers doing ordinary training and competitive dancers taking part in a dance competition (n = 35). We observed a moderately positive change in recreational dancers doing ordinary training; they reported higher energetic arousal (EA) and hedonic tone (HT) and lower tense arousal (TA) after dance activity. In comparison dancers taking part in a competition were higher on TA before dancing and felt less pleasure after dancing than recreational and competitive dancers doing ordinary training; HT, TA and EA moderately decreased during competition. In general, the current study suggests that dance can elicit changes in mood; however, situational context has to be taken into consideration when explaining the influence of dance on mood.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the facilitating effects of physical exercise on the reaction process. Eleven participants with specific expertise in decision-making sports performed a choice reaction time task during moderate sub-maximal exercise (90% of their ventilatory threshold power). Participants were tested at rest and while cycling. During exercise, the participants were faster, without being more variable. We suggest that the effect of exercise on cognitive performance was due to a major generalized improvement of the whole distribution of response time and, although the benefit effect was small, it was consistent throughout the entire range of reaction times.  相似文献

通过文献资料、数据统计、录像观察、比较分析、专家访谈等方法,对2011-2012赛季CBA总决赛北京金隅队的制胜因素进行研究分析,认为:相对较高的投篮命中率、相对较少的失误、高水平的外援及其在球队中的串联作用、自信顽强的作风等是北京队获胜的重要因素。从战术打法来看,北京队依赖外线进攻,而广东队更强调内线进攻。两队外援实力都较强,但北京队的外援在盘活整个球队方面有着明显的优势。在此基础上,进一步探讨了外援的使用与国内球员的培养、外援的引进与球队梯队建设、外援与我国篮球传统风格的融合,以及政府的引导作用等问题。  相似文献
