Talent identification and development in soccer

In this review, we attempt to integrate the main research findings concerned with talent identification and development in soccer. Research approaches in anthropometry, physiology, psychology and sociology are considered and, where possible, integrated. Although some progress has been made in identifying correlates of playing success, it appears that no unique characteristics can be isolated with confidence. Both biological and behavioural scientists have indicated a strong genetic component in performance of sports such as soccer; nevertheless, the influence of systematic training and development programmes should not be underestimated. Weconclude that the sport and exercise sciences have an important support role in the processes of identifying, monitoring and nurturing talented soccer players towards realizing their potential.  相似文献   

基于旁支付契约的产品服务价格协调机制研究

针对产品服务化供应链中产品服务价格竞争问题,提出旁支付契约的初始化模型。在Bertrand博弈基础上,利用旁支付契约,构建了双寡头市场下两个服务集成商之间的产品服务价格协调机制。提出了产品服务价格协调路径,并分别从三种不同情形,探讨了旁支付契约机制在产品服务价格协调方面的应用问题。结果表明,与非合作策略相比,借助于旁支付契约,两个服务集成商各自的收益均有所增加;运用Nash仲裁方案和Shapley值建立的收益分配机制能够对总收益增加值进行公平合理地分配,确保双方协同合作的稳定性。最后通过企业数值实例,验证了旁支付契约在产品服务价格协调方面的有效性。  相似文献   

湘西苗族民间武术文化遗产保护博弈机制探析

文章运用文献资料法、实地调研法、访谈法等相结合的研究方法,针对湘西地区苗族武术文化遗产的保护现状以及保护中存在的问题进行分析,从而发展与继承民族地区的特色文化,确保其可持续发展。研究结果认为:苗族武术在传承过程中存在劳动力转移造成人力资源断裂、武术价值的转换、传承人的报酬收益偏低及项目保护资金未落实到位等问题,运用博弈论对问题进行剖析,找出政府部门、传承人及社会力量之间的最优策略,使各博弈主体之间达到多赢格局,为了湘西州苗族武术更好的传承与发展提供良好的生存环境。  相似文献

文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,运用博弈论对全民健身视角下村落传统体育制度的主体行为进行研究。研究表明：随着城乡经济一体化的发展及农村户籍改革的推动,农村传统体育文化与农村经济发展步伐不协调,其根源是农村传统体育制度的滞后性不能适应农村经济的快速发展,表现为制度主体的内生博弈与多元博弈失衡,并从制度的理论体系构建、制度行为的规范等方面优化村落传统体育制度。  相似文献   

An investigation on the unwillingness of nodes to participate in mobile delay tolerant network routing

Message routing in mobile delay tolerant networks inherently relies on the cooperation between nodes. In most existing routing protocols, the participation of nodes in the routing process is taken as granted. However, in reality, nodes can be unwilling to participate. We first show in this paper the impact of the unwillingness of nodes to participate in existing routing protocols through a set of experiments. Results show that in the presence of even a small proportion of nodes that do not forward messages, performance is heavily degraded. We then analyze two major reasons of the unwillingness of nodes to participate, i.e., their rational behavior (also called selfishness) and their wariness of disclosing private mobility information.  相似文献

Dispositions of elite-level Australian rugby coaches towards game sense: characteristics of their coaching habitus

Bourdieu's analytic concept of habitus has provided a valuable means of theorising coach development but is yet to be operationalised in empirical research. This article redresses this oversight by drawing on a larger study that inquired into how the ‘coaching habitus’ of elite-level Australian and New Zealand rugby coaches structured their interpretation and use of the Game Sense approach to coaching to illustrate how habitus can be operationalised. It focuses on the identification of characteristics of the individual coaching habitus of four elite-level Australian rugby coaches and how they shape their interpretation and use of Game Sense. Drawing on suggestions made by Lau, we identify the characteristics of four individual ‘coaching habitus’ by examining their views on: (1) the characteristics of good coaches; (2) characteristics of great rugby players and how to develop them; and (3) their dispositions towards innovation in coaching.  相似文献

Research on violent video games suggests that play leads to aggressive behavior. A longitudinal study of an online violent video game with a control group tested for changes in aggressive cognitions and behaviors. The findings did not support the assertion that a violent game will cause substantial increases in real-world aggression.
