何谓《史记》之本纪,有“天子日本纪”、“本其事而记之”等说法。本文提出新的见解,即“本纪者,本天地之法则,建帝王之纲纪也”,并从天地与纲纪、天子与纲纪、德力与纲纪、人心与纲纪四方面加以论析。最后以为《史记》本纪是司马迁关于国家学说最为集中而具纲领性的意见表达,具有中国古代传统文化精神的可贵价值,因而成为了《史记》全书之“纲”。 相似文献

云南历史上的灾害记录,早期以地震、水旱、疾疫等自然灾害为主。元明以降,随矿冶业及山地农业的发展,灾害频次增加,相关记载逐渐增多,新增泥石流、滑坡、山崩、塌陷等地质灾害,低温冷冻、霜雪、火灾、风灾等也日渐频繁见诸记载。云南灾害记录存在简单、古略今详等普遍性特点,也有边疆政治控制及民族、区域性特点;明以前自然灾害多,明以后自然灾害与环境灾害交互发生,20世纪以后环境灾害频次增加,灾害链特征日益凸显,制度尤其经济政策是环境灾害的诱因。 相似文献

Like other recent library management systems, OCLC's WorldShare Management Services (WMS) is cloud-based. But unlike the others, WMS opens WorldCat for applications beyond its traditional role as a source of bibliographic records. It enables catalogers to work directly from the Master Record, which no longer needs to be exported to a local system. This article describes the impact of WMS on the roles and functions of cataloging departments, and asks if it is changing the meaning of cataloging. It concludes that while the workflows are changed dramatically, the profession of cataloging remains relevant. 相似文献

A number of recent professional development projects in Australia have expected teachers to engage in action research as a process for professional learning and educational reform. This study investigated the experiences of ten teachers from one school who spent a year undertaking action research projects as part of the Innovative Links Project. The author was a participant observer in the study in her role as the school's ‘academic associate’ for the project. In this article, the project's expectations of the teachers are examined to reveal the extent to which they were based on realistic assumptions about the conditions within which the teachers worked as they tried to achieve them. 相似文献

本文主要研究FRBR模型及其在我国OPAC中的实践应用。文章阐述FRBR的概念、构成元素及其关系、FRBR的特点与优势;分析传统的OPAC的应用、功能及在满足用户需求方面存在的缺陷;讨论FRBR模型建立的立体化的编目结构如何为OPAC解决这方面问题提供重要基础和国外图书馆基于FRBR的OPAC的案例;并着重分析FRBR模型应用于我国OPAC的问题及对策。FRBR模型的提出为编目工作提供了一个全新的思维和视角,基于FRBR的OPAC将成为今后发展的趋势。 相似文献
