始计篇是《孙子兵法》的首篇，也是它全书的总则，孙子的战争观、谋略观及战术思想在始计篇都有十分精彩的阐述。自觉灵活地运用它对获得篮球}蔓赛的胜利至关重要，本文通过文献资料法、例证法和综合分析法尝试着把始计篇中的战术思想应用到职业篮球竞赛中，把始计篇与篮球比赛的相关之处加以阐述，目的在于能给篮球教练和队员留下一些有益的启发。  相似文献

Teachers learning from analysis of other teachers' reading lessons

This study explores teachers' responses to a video-based multimedia program designed to reflect current views of effective professional development for practicing teachers. The Case Studies of Reading Lessons program engages teachers in analysis of others' reading instruction. Findings showed teachers' enthusiasm for studying authentic reading instruction but suggest mixed views of the benefits of questions used to guide analysis of instruction. Teachers reported making connections to their own reading instruction and provided evidence that analysis of reading lessons may contribute to reflective practice. Future studies might investigate long-term effects of systematic analysis of case studies to develop adaptive expertise.  相似文献

Integrating Information Literacy into Academic Curricula: A Professional Development Programme for Librarians at the University of Auckland

Integrating information literacy into the academic curriculum has been a core role for the University of Auckland Library for at least 10 years. The role of subject librarians is evolving from that of being service providers to being educators who are active contributors in curricular design in higher education. However, a research project conducted by the Library found that many of its subject librarians were uncertain how to promote the integration of information literacy to academic staff, and that they felt they lacked the pedagogic knowledge and skills to do so. This paper will explore the development of a programme for subject librarians which focuses on the practical aspects of how to integrate information literacy into an academic curriculum. The theoretical basis of the programme is largely based on the doctoral research of Dr. Li Wang who developed a systematic model for integrating IL into an undergraduate programme at the University of Auckland. Elements of the programme are explained and outcomes, after two years of running the programme, are explored.  相似文献

Starting in the fall of 2012, the staff at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Library began to plan for a library-wide reorganization of staff and services. Every staff member would be affected by the reorganization process, including the library’s serials and e-resources team. In what could be a most chaotic time, the serials and e-resources team chose to use the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG) draft version of core competencies for electronic resource librarians as a guide to help in selecting members for the e-resources team that would emerge following the reorganization. The presentation on which this article is based reviews the situation at UTA, the core competencies, and how the serials/e-resources team used the core competencies along with a self-assessment tool to help select the most qualified staff for the team.  相似文献

研究社会工作者的职业耗蝎状况,有助于社会工作职业化的发展.本文采用定量研究方法,对合肥和芜湖两个城市的一百名专职社工的职业耗竭状况展开问卷调查.研究发现：合、芜社会工作者出现中等程度的职业耗竭状况;同事朋友支持、工作环境和社区归属感是社会工作者职业耗竭的显著影响因素,可以通过增强社会工作者的社会支持力度、改善工作环境、发挥社会工作者主现能动性进行自我调节等方式,改善社会工作者职业耗竭现状,防止职业耗竭状况的恶化,促进社会工作的职业化发展,而这一过程需要社会工作者、社区、政府等各方面的共同努力.  相似文献

成人教育工作者专业化是国际大趋势,成为保障成人教育以及终身学习质量的基础。在德国波恩召开的“成人教育工作者专业化：国际比较视角”学术会议呈现了诸多研究热点。成人教育工作者能力建设是其中一个非常重要的议题,学者提出的关于成人教育工作者核心能力的界定方式,打破了传统的根据工作场所进行分类的禁锢。学者认为其能力开发,学术专业化是专业化的重要基础,持续专业发展是贯穿工作者职业生涯的不可或缺的重要部分。对于成人教育工作者的身份认同,“谁是成人教育工作者”是会议讨论中最难得出统一答案的问题,关键是在广泛定义成人教育工作者与“专业界限”之间需要有一个理性平衡。这次国际会议西方话语体系占主导地位,创造成人教育工作者专业化“中国经验”,是推进我国终身教育体系中的一项重要使命。  相似文献
