回顾与展望：关于我国青少年体育健康公共服务的述评与研究*

青少年体育健康问题上升国家战略高度。“青少年体育健康公共服务”是一个在青少年体育领域内，由“体育健康”和“体育公共服务”综合而成的全新概念，学界还未深入探讨与挖掘。充分结合“健康管理”理论，基于对“青少年体育健康”和“体育公共服务”相关研究文献的回顾，归纳“青少年体育健康公共服务”内涵与特征。概念特征包括：“学校体育”“青少年体育俱乐部”是核心供给主体；健康医疗等事业、非营利性机构是重要支撑；始终强调青少年受众被动接受“体育健康促进”与主动应用“体育健康素养”相结合；供给产品具有“纯公共物品”性质，公共财政补贴是解决公共服务资源配置矛盾关键方式；“互联网虚拟社区”是实现多元主体协同供给的技术基础与激励条件。最后，基于概念属性展望“青少年体育健康公共服务”的未来研究趋势，包括：开发“运动干预”“心理调试”和“营养膳食”三维评估指标体系；完善“学校”“社区”“医疗部门”“健康管理机构”和“家庭”的协同供给机制；深度开发“青少年体育俱乐部”和“青少年联赛体系”营造“体育健康素养培育”空间；实现“青少年体育健康公共服务”均等化局限，以及加快“青少年体育健康公共服务”互联网平台建设，破解公共服务资源闲置问题。  相似文献   

Genetic Polymorphism of Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptors and Their Effect on the Clinical Outcome of Captopril Treatment in Arab Iraqi Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (Mid Euphrates)

Genetic variation in the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R) has an important effect on the outcome of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) initiated treatment with captopril. This study aims to investigate the impact of genetic polymorphism of AT1R (rs5186 and rs275651) on the ACS outcome in Iraqi patients treated with captopril. A total of 250 Iraqi individuals with ACS were included in this case—control study and they were divided into two study groups; Study group 1 included 125 participants who were prescribed captopril, 25 mg twice daily and study group 2 included 125 participants who received no captopril as part of their ACS treatment (control study). The AT1R gene (rs5186) CC genotype was found to be associated with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) (Odd’s ratio (O.R) = 1.2, P = 0.7), while AC was associated with Non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina (UA) (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.8). AC genotype is more prone to have Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after ACS attack (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.6). CC genotype had a risk to get less improvement (O.R = 1.6, P = 0.5), so might require higher doses of captopril during acute coronary insult. The AT1R gene (rs275651) AA genotype was associated with UA (O.R = 1.3, P = 0.9). AA and AT genotypes were more prone to have PCI after ACS attack (O.R = 3.9 P = 0.2, O.R = 3.5, P = 0.3 respectively) and thus requiring higher doses of captopril. We conclude that the AT1R rs5186, rs275651 genetic polymorphisms might partially affect the clinical outcome of ACS patients treated with captopril and might have captopril resistance which requires higher doses.  相似文献

图书情报学领域学科交叉及其国家差异的动态分析

[目的/意义]领域知识的跨学科交叉研究能够打破学科间的壁垒,有助于发现重大科学问题的解决方案。[研究设计/方法]基于图书情报学领域文献题录信息构建轻量级领域知识图谱,从中提取学科信息、国家信息、时间信息及其关联,采用时间与空间相结合的多维度分析方法,对学科交叉的演化进程以及国家差异进行跟踪与分析。[结论/发现]图书情报学领域内学科交叉现象日渐显著,各国家的学科交叉程度与倾向存在差异,一些目前尚不突出的交叉学科方向值得关注。[创新/价值]采用多维度视角分析学科交叉现象,相关结论可以为国家科技战略制定及学科发展规划提供有益参考。  相似文献   

Olfaction and emotion: The quest for olfactory restoration in two speech communities

ABSTRACT

Olfaction has been described as one of the least studied of the senses. This has certainly proven true in Communication. This project applies Ethnography of Communication and Cultural Discourse Analysis to examine the role that olfaction plays in the cultural meaning systems of two speech communities: residents surrounding the Gowanus Canal and bereaved parents. The cultural hub used to explore the cultural significance of olfaction in both speech communities is feeling. The analyses illustrate how emotions are tied to associated sensations and further become activated through radiants of dwelling, relating and acting. The analysis also shows how olfaction may serve to unify and separate members of a community. The significance of this research encourages stretching the boundaries of communication studies by examining the less studied physical senses and the boundaries of Cultural Discourse Analysis by providing distinctions that others can incorporate when examining feelings.  相似文献   

Comparing cumulative index and factor analytic approaches to measuring maltreatment in the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health

Child maltreatment is a complex and multifaceted construct in need of advanced statistical techniques to improve its measurement. The current study compared the predictive utility of a cumulative index to a factor analytic approach for constructing a measure of maltreatment. Data were from Waves III and IV of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Wave III: n = 14,800; Wave IV: n = 12,288). As adults, participants retrospectively reported on their childhood experiences of physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical neglect, supervisory neglect, and social services investigations. Both the cumulative index and a two-factor solution showed evidence of convergent validity, predicting lifetime incidence of homelessness, being paid for sex, and various measures of running away or living apart from biological parents, and prospectively predicting depression, substance use, and criminal behavior. The latent variables, derived from a factor analytic approach, had greater explanatory power for many outcomes compared to the cumulative index, even when controlling for sociodemographic variables. Results suggest that factor analysis is a better methodology than a cumulative index for measuring maltreatment in large datasets when explanatory power for external outcomes is of greatest concern.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、访谈法等,了解到上海市黄浦区政府培育社会体育组织发展的现状以及存在的问题,提出针对性的发展路径。研究表明:经过阶段性的培育,目前上海市黄浦区社会体育组织结构较完整,规模初现,功能呈现多元化,制度建设日益完善,监督评估机制雏形初显;但培育过程中存在着党建嵌入不足,培育主体较为单一,培育体制机制不完善,培育制度保障体系不健全等问题。提出培育路径:创新党建嵌入方式,实行组织党建工作制度化;搭建组织服务平台,拓宽组织准入范围;分类、分阶段针对性的培育,健全培育体制机制;完善组织制度建设,提升组织服务能力。  相似文献   

Digital Module 16: Longitudinal Data Analysis

In this digital ITEMS module, Dr. Jeffrey Harring and Ms. Tessa Johnson introduce the linear mixed effects (LME) model as a flexible general framework for simultaneously modeling continuous repeated measures data with a scientifically defensible function that adequately summarizes both individual change as well as the average response. The module begins with a nontechnical overview of longitudinal data analyses drawing distinctions with cross-sectional analyses in terms of research questions to be addressed. Nuances of longitudinal designs, timing of measurements, and the real possibility of missing data are then discussed. The three interconnected components of the LME model—(1) a model for individual and mean response profiles, (2) a model to characterize the covariation among the time-specific residuals, and (3) a set of models that summarize the extent that individual coefficients vary—are discussed in the context of the set of activities comprising an analysis. Finally, they demonstrate how to estimate the linear mixed effects model within an open-source environment (R). 基于ICWGT和灰色关联分析法的起重机安全评价

针对目前起重机安全评价过于依赖主观权重且忽视起重机安全状态变化趋势的问题，建立基于改进博弈论组合赋权法（improved combination weighting method of game theory，ICWGT）和灰色关联分析法的起重机安全评价体系。在该评价体系中，收集样本数据以确定评价值，构建评价等级空间来计算起重机行为特征序列与标准行为特征序列的关联系数。运用ICWGT在层次分析法和信息熵 未确知测度理论确定的主、客观权重中寻找平衡。充分考虑专家经验和样本数据，确定优化权重以改善关联系数的分配问题，从而获取起重机灰色关联度评价值和安全等级，旨在对起重机安全状态变化趋势进行更加准确的定量描述和定性分析。实例分析验证了该评价体系的有效性。  相似文献   

多旋翼无人机微多普勒特性分析与特征提取

针对多旋翼无人机目标的识别问题，提出一种基于伽柏（Gabor）变换的瞬时频率估计与快速傅里叶变换（FFT）相结合的微多普勒特征提取算法。首先建立多旋翼无人机旋翼回波模型，并通过仿真分析叶片数目、旋翼转速和初始相位等参数对微多普勒特征的影响，利用Gabor变换得到时频特征。在此基础上通过瞬时频率极大值法提取微多普勒频率，并对瞬时频率采用FFT提取旋翼数和转动频率，从而获得叶片长度估计值。实测数据验证了该算法较为准确地提取无人机的微多普勒参数。  相似文献
