新生专业认知教育是新生入学教育的重要组成部分,对专业成才具有重要的影响。基于环境工程现有专业认知教育存在的问题,提出认知教育课程化的措施。依循新生的专业认知规律改革环境工程专业认知课程。建设了包括专业发展沿革与应用领域、专业特色与师资、优秀毕业生访谈、专业规划和学长经验交流5个模块的课程体系,并将优秀资源整合进行影音集成。课程体系和影音教学文件的建设把教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用有效地体现在教学过程中,实现了教学方式的深刻变革和教学效益的极大提升,满足学生自主化、个性化学习的需要。  相似文献   

绿色化治理白色污染,加快生态文明建设

白色污染的泛滥和蔓延,危害着人类的健康和动物生命的安全,严重破坏着生态环境.治理"白色污染",消灭"白色公害"已成为全球共识.我国是塑料制品生产和消费的大国,白色污染严重.为此,提出了绿色化治理白色污染的整体构想:全面推进政府职能革命,引导、鼓励和扶持社会各方积极开展白色污染治理技术开发、研发新型可降解塑料和绿色环保的塑料替代品以及废旧塑料的循环利用技术的实践创新;执行环境管制,加快生态文明建设,走循环经济、科学发展和可持续发展的道路,彻底遏制白色污染.主要对策包括:切实提高民众环保意识,完善相关法规制度,实施相应经济政策,加强对产业部门的管理,回收循环利用废旧塑料,积极研发可降解塑料,推广和普及绿色包装.从而逐渐恢复生态环境,加快生态文明建设,让我们的祖国更加美丽,生活更加美好.  相似文献   

Exploring strategic public relations management in China: current state and challenges

ABSTRACT

Applying four generic principles that are most relevant to strategic public relations management, this study examines the extent to which public relations is strategically managed in China. Public relations practitioners from four types of organizations participated an online survey (N?=?92) and an interview (N?=?20). It was found that public relations mainly contributes to routine operations rather than strategic policy-making. While typically given a direct reporting line with top management, public relations departments are not trusted to handle government relations and are considered inferior to the marketing department. Practitioners in the survey indicated the use of all four models to various degree in their organizations, despite that interviews revealed the difficulty to implement symmetrical communication model as compared to the other three models. In addition, practitioners were more proficient in fulfilling technician roles than managerial roles.  相似文献   

Collection Assessment of Monograph Purchases at the University of Nevada,Las Vegas Libraries

The purpose of this article is to describe an assessment project of the monograph collection at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Lied Library. The circulation statistics and in-house use of all monographs for the nine colleges at UNLV were assessed analyzing the last five years of data. The analysis included an assessment of the circulation statistics and in-house use of books purchased on an approval plan compared with books purchased by individual liaison librarians. The findings illustrated the fact that overall use of the monograph collection has declined over the past five years. The findings also showed that books purchased on an approval plan had slightly higher use than the books purchased by individual liaisons. The study shows that academic libraries need to monitor usage of the monograph collection to be certain that money is spent in the most efficient manner and that usage data can be helpful if there is a need to reduce budget allocations for monographs or if a reallocation of funds for monographs is necessary.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Grounded in a campus-wide strategic planning effort and funded through a campus-wide lottery-based grant, the library at a small state-supported institution began a year long initiative with the primary objective of familiarizing faculty with the concept of information literacy. All librarians facilitated a series of hands-on, discipline-based workshops offered to faculty. The workshops served as the groundwork for the initial steps toward embedding information literacy concepts into the general education curriculum with the majority of classroom faculty participating in one of the workshops by the end of the academic year.
