[目的/意义] 从用户感知角度对公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价进行深入地分析与探讨,为公共档案馆微信公众的平台技术改进和服务质量的提升提供数据支持和参考。[方法/过程] 通过问卷调查构建公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价框架和评价假设模型,运用SPSS软件,并利用探索性因子分析法对假设模型进行检验,根据结果对评价假设模型进行修正,并对修正后的评价模型进行讨论。[结果/结论] 构建公共档案馆微信公众平台服务质量评价模型,从用户的视角全面衡量微信平台上公共档案馆服务的效果和用户满意度。  相似文献

As the University of Minnesota's Archives and Special Collections began the daunting task of migrating into ArchivesSpace over 5,000 finding aids from fifteen different units, a clearly defined workflow provided clarity and success. This article outlines how staff developed an implementation timeline and workflow, harnessed support from partners in IT, provided training, and what the benchmarks to success were. By sharing this well-documented and thought-out implementation workflow, it can provide guidance as others try to navigate the many moving parts of implementing new collection management technology.  相似文献

Even so, implementing new practices can take time and effort. With the adoption of ArchivesSpace in 2016, the University found itself being fast-tracked to even more efficient methods for establishing physical and intellectual control over collections. This article will examine the case studies of two large collections that were in the midst of being processed when ArchivesSpace was implemented at the University of Minnesota. A Survey of Documentary Materials Available on U.S. Tribal Websites

This survey of official U.S. tribal websites examined sites for documentary materials of importance to each tribe that have been archived online, including such materials as historical essays, photos, videos, maps, newspapers, legal and historical documents, historical images, books, pamphlets, bibliographies, cultural and language materials. The materials found on those websites appear to be intended for the use of both tribal members and the general public. The result of the survey was to show that many of the same types of documentary materials held in tribal archives are also available on official websites, and to produce a current snapshot of the large array of tribal records which have been made openly available, although the length of time each document will be available on each site is unknown.  相似文献

Puzzling history – the personal file in residential care: a source for life history and historical research

Since the turn of the century large groups of former institutionalised children have exercised their right to see their ‘personal files’, and this has drawn widespread attention to these documents and their potential in scholarly research. This article explores the meanings of personal files from the period 1945–1984 as sources for both historical researchers and adult care leavers themselves, in the context of the orphanages in Ghent, Belgium. Based on the experiences of those who have consulted their files, we come to the conclusion that the personal files of the Ghent orphans provide some new information but, at the same time, leave a lot of issues unresolved. Although the files offered significant insights for researchers studying the most recent period in the history of the Ghent orphanages, it is difficult to see them as ‘keys to the past’ for former orphans who are trying to (re)construct their own, individual life histories.  相似文献
