数控装备维修的综合实践项目

针对我国数控装备维修人才培养的必要性和迫切性,构建了旨在提高数控装备维修工程应用能力的综合实践项目体系。该实践体系由故障检测分析,控制系统检修,机械系统检修3个模块组成,每个模块内又有若干子项目构成,子项目设计注重理论知识与工程应用的结合。通过3个模块子项目的训练,使学生能够循序渐进地在故障检测、控制系统和机械系统等各个环节开展探索性研究工作,最后完成设备的功能和精度恢复,从而培养学生应用理论知识解决工程问题的能力。教学实践表明,该综合项目在培养学生数控装备检测维修工程能力方面取得了良好效果。  相似文献

From Artisan to Partisan

This article confronts the question of what a revitalized financial sector might look like if this were to be reconfigured so as to reproduce first an artisanal-like persona for the financial analyst and craft-like organizational structure for financial businesses, and second if this were to be re-territorialized so that it acted like a partisan rather than, as at present, like a disembedded footloose structure of ‘global finance’. Initially the analysis is pitched at a rather abstract and theoretical level – pulling together artisans, nomads and partisans and tracing their intellectual lineages. But the chapter ends with three very concrete illustrations of actual financial relations in practice that meet some of the criteria for being both artisanal and partisanal.  相似文献   

The global significance of biodiversity science in China: an overview

Biodiversity science in China has seen rapid growth over recent decades, ranging from baseline biodiversity studies to understanding the processes behind evolution across dynamic regions such as the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. We review research, including species catalogues; biodiversity monitoring; the origins, distributions, maintenance and threats to biodiversity; biodiversity-related ecosystem function and services; and species and ecosystems’ responses to global change. Next, we identify priority topics and offer suggestions and priorities for future biodiversity research in China. These priorities include (i) the ecology and biogeography of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and surrounding mountains, and that of subtropical and tropical forests across China; (ii) marine and inland aquatic biodiversity; and (iii) effective conservation and management to identify and maintain synergies between biodiversity and socio-economic development to fulfil China''s vision for becoming an ecological civilization. In addition, we propose three future strategies: (i) translate advanced biodiversity science into practice for biodiversity conservation; (ii) strengthen capacity building and application of advanced technologies, including high-throughput sequencing, genomics and remote sensing; and (iii) strengthen and expand international collaborations. Based on the recent rapid progress of biodiversity research, China is well positioned to become a global leader in biodiversity research in the near future.  相似文献   

Data analysis and feature selection for predictive maintenance: A case-study in the metallurgic industry

Proactive Maintenance practices are becoming more standard in industrial environments, with a direct and profound impact on the competitivity within the sector. These practices demand the continuous monitorization of industrial equipment, which generates extensive amounts of data. This information can be processed into useful knowledge with the use of machine learning algorithms. However, before the algorithms can effectively be applied, the data must go through an exploratory phase: assessing the meaning of the features and to which degree they are redundant. In this paper, we present the findings of the analysis conducted on a real-world dataset from a metallurgic company. A number of data analysis and feature selection methods are employed, uncovering several relationships, which are systematized in a rule-based model, and reducing the feature space from an initial 47-feature dataset to a 32-feature dataset.  相似文献   

具有生态意识的二维视情维修决策

为了避免预防性维修的决策判断过于片面,本文首先将系统劣化状态和能源效率指标相结合,建立了具有生态意识的二维视情维修决策模型,即当系统的劣化状态超过其阈值或者能源效率指标超过其阈值时（两者发生其一即可）,对系统进行预防性维修;然后将系统运行过程中的能源消耗成本纳入总成本中,并以单位有用产出的平均期望成本为目标函数建立优化模型;最后利用蒙特卡洛仿真和模拟退火算法进行算例分析。结果表明：与传统的只基于劣化状态或者能源效率指标的一维视情维修决策模型相比,本文新提出的二维视情维修决策模型更优,不仅可以降低企业维修成本,而且可以节约能源,满足可持续发展的时代要求。  相似文献   

Relational maintenance and caregiving in the grandparent-grandchild relationship

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between grandparents’ use of relational maintenance behaviors (RMB) and their young adult grandchildren’s willingness to serve as future caregivers for their grandparents. Undergraduate students (N = 209) completed a questionnaire in which they reported on a specific grandparent’s use of RMB and how willing they were to serve as future caregivers for that specific grandparent. Results of a multiple regression analysis provided partial support for the hypothesized positive relationships between grandparents’ use of RMB and grandchildren’s willingness to serve as future caregivers for their grandparents.  相似文献   

Automated Scoring of Constructed‐Response Science Items: Prospects and Obstacles

Content‐based automated scoring has been applied in a variety of science domains. However, many prior applications involved simplified scoring rubrics without considering rubrics representing multiple levels of understanding. This study tested a concept‐based scoring tool for content‐based scoring, c‐rater?, for four science items with rubrics aiming to differentiate among multiple levels of understanding. The items showed moderate to good agreement with human scores. The findings suggest that automated scoring has the potential to score constructed‐response items with complex scoring rubrics, but in its current design cannot replace human raters. This article discusses sources of disagreement and factors that could potentially improve the accuracy of concept‐based automated scoring.  相似文献
