锻炼与针刺组合对退行性膝关节炎微循环血流灌注量的影响

目的：锻炼与针刺组合对退行性膝关节炎微循环血流灌注量的影响。方法：研究对象40例随机分为2组，分别是针刺组（单纯针刺）和锻炼组（站桩与针刺组合），对其实验前后疼痛程度（VAS）、微循环血流灌注量（MBPU）及皮肤温度的变化进行检测分析。结果：两组实验后，VAS评分明显降低（P<0.01），锻炼组优于针刺组（P<0.05）；MBPU降低（P<0.01），锻炼组优于针刺组（P<0.05）；局部温度明显提高（P<0.05）。结论：锻炼与针刺组合可以明显缓解退行性膝关节炎的疼痛症状，降低局部微循环血流灌注量，提高皮肤温度；优于单纯针刺疗法。  相似文献

大学生孤独感对手机成瘾倾向的影响:生命意义感的调节作用

为了探究大学生孤独感、手机成瘾倾向和生命意义感之间的关系,采用UCLA孤独量表、大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、人生意义感问卷,选取408名大学生作为被试进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)孤独感与手机成瘾倾向呈显著性正相关,生命意义感与手机成瘾倾向呈显著性负相关,孤独感和生命意义感相关性不显著;(2)孤独感和生命意义感都显著预测手机成瘾倾向,生命意义感在孤独感和手机成瘾倾向之间的调节效应显著,低生命意义感大学生的孤独感对手机成瘾倾向的预测力更强。因此,大学生的孤独感能正向预测手机成瘾倾向,生命意义感能调节二者之间的关系,低水平的生命意义感会加剧孤独感对手机成瘾倾向的预测作用,而高水平的生命意义感会使孤独感对手机成瘾倾向的影响较小。  相似文献

Abstract

In an economic climate when colleges can no longer presume that legislators see institutions of higher learning as tacit public goods, institutions around the country are facing budget cuts. This article presents a case study of the experience of a mid-sized public state university and its Library in a budget crisis undergoing a university-wide program prioritization process. The authors review the process of writing three reports on the Library’s value, along with the approach to engaging staff in the process including a retreat. This paper aims to analyse the initiatives undertaken by some immigrant communities residing in Latin America to record their mobilisation around the First World War. After the armistice, European communities in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and other countries gathered detailed information about their activities during the conflict, published as profusely illustrated books of remembrance, offered to their governments as proof of their loyalty.
