包容性发展是民族地区实现富民强区战略的现实途径。通过对内蒙古自治区1998—2011年的经济发展和民生建设指标的分析,发现内蒙古自治区经济发展远远领先于民生改善,其差距仍处于扩大的趋势。实现经济发展与民生建设的协调,要大力推进包容性发展,具体要采取完善地方官员人事考核制度、推进收入分配制度改革、促进混合经济体制的发展、加强对社会性公共服务的提供、保障人民群众的政治权利等措施。  相似文献

西部民族地区的稳定关系全国经济发展及人民生活,维护社会公正、和谐应成为政府工作的中心。由于社会稳定属于社会管理职能,本文从社会管理方面的风险出发,通过问卷调查法制定了民族地区社会稳定风险评估体系,并运用层次分析法,对西部民族地区社会稳定的风险进行测定。结果显示政治风险在二级指标中权重最大,政治风险中比重大的是腐败及对政策的满意度。最后,有针对性地提出了维护社会稳定的预警机制。  相似文献

魏晋南北朝隋唐时期,佛教开始在中国广泛传播与流行.前燕幕容皝统治时期,佛教便已传入辽西地区.后燕时,佛教僧侣与上层统治者关系日益密切,并开始参与国家军政大事.辽西地区现存的北魏时期的石窟、佛塔就凸显出这一时代背景.到了隋唐时期,统治者对北魏时期的佛塔进行了翻修,出土的墓志中保留了当时辽西地区佛教居士的礼佛信息.值得注意的是,这一时期的辽西佛教对东北佛教的传播与发展起到了重要的作用,尤其是高句丽与渤海国的佛教都间接或直接受其影响.文章主要以考古资料与历史文献相结合的方式来探讨三燕至隋唐时期辽西地区佛教的发展与传播.  相似文献

This study examines the experiences of two middle‐school teachers as they attempt to acknowledge the ethnic, linguistic, and religious diversity of their students in their curriculum and teaching practices. It identifies the complications and challenges they encountered in the process. It presents one curriculum event to explore the ways in which diverse beliefs and values intersected as the teachers implemented the event. It employs a narrative inquiry approach with an emphasis on stories to learn about the experiences of the participants.  相似文献

Whereas history is seen by some as crucial in developing a sense of identity and fostering social cohesion, it is however, often based around narrowly nationalistic views of the past, and yet little is known about how students relate to the past they are taught. Thus, this paper focuses on the history curriculum and the ways in which students aged 12–14, from different ethnic backgrounds, relate to it. Moreover, the small-scale study which enabled this paper, focused, in particular, on whether students enjoyed and valued history and whether they felt any sense of personal connection to the topics studied. Drawing on survey data collected from 102 students and focus group discussions with 42 students, from two high schools, the findings indicate that although many students enjoy history, they fail to fully understand its value. Additionally most students, especially those from minority ethnic backgrounds, feel a lack of personal connection to the past, as they do not see themselves in the history they are taught.  相似文献

The ethnic violence that occurred in the former Yugoslavia during the mid-1990s has become one of the defining events of recent history. As such, today's students should develop an awareness of the history of that situation and its implications for contemporary society. Because textbooks provide the structure of most high school history courses, an analysis of textbook coverage of the Bosnian and Kosovar situations should provide critical information regarding what students learn about the events that occurred in those regions. This article analyzes how six frequently used history textbooks cover ethnic violence in the former Yugoslavia, thus providing data regarding what students learn about those situations.  相似文献

This study describes the experiences of 10- and 11-year-old students with building science models during a unit on weather. With the teacher, we prepared and gathered materials for the students to use in the building of dynamic physical models demonstrating the key features of the weather concepts they were learning. An important aspect of the approach used in the construction of the models was that students were given a significant amount of time to build and explore their models. Students were interviewed following the completion of the unit and their comments suggest that they began to understand the value of the building activities. The enthusiasm for the activities demonstrated by the students also helped increased the meaning the construction held for them. This enthusiasm combined with an increased confidence helped create an environment where students were excited about science and were better able to display their understanding of concepts.  相似文献
