王安石翻案诗的政治解读及其诗史意义

王安石好作翻案诗,早期的翻案诗多在立意上翻新,包括转移视点执其一端立论和推陈出新两种主要方式。这一类翻案诗多为咏史诗,"有所为而为"的写作态度使之精深峭拔,最见荆公襟怀,必须结合王安石的政治关怀和当时的政治背景来解读此类诗作,泥于字句很容易与原旨产生偏离。王安石晚期的翻案诗创作多为诗法翻新,主要包括反用前人诗意及典故、章法上的推倒扶起和句法上的前后反覆三个方面。此类诗为宋诗新变指出了一条新的门径,以往文学史研究多强调荆公体或半山体对唐诗的回归,对此多有忽略。  相似文献

目前对抽象行政行为的审查监督体制不能从根本上控制行政权。法院对抽象行政行为的司法审查有其独特优势,平衡了相关各方关系,西方国家提供了很好的借鉴。构建司法审查抽象行政行为制度,要从宪政角度提高司法机关的地位实现司法的真正独立,明确司法审查的权限和效力,完善对抽象行政行为司法审查管辖、起诉和审理方式。  相似文献

京杭大运河的贯通,使-临清迅速成为各地商贸滋聚之地。在规模、人口和经济繁荣程度上,临清都是全国性的一流大城市。鳌头矾是临清的一个特殊生长点,是临清最具代表性的地点,同时也是临清人文景观的亮点。它集中展示了临清城市的生命历程,也展示了这个城市的精神本质和作为大都会的文化生命意义。运河强烈地改变着临清人的价值观念、生产价值模式、消费观念,以及日常生活及其审美观念。运河提升了临清的精神结构,使临清深受江南既重利又重文的城市精神的浸染,绝不类于一般北方城市。  相似文献

17世纪英国革命是英国由人治走向法治的转折点。作为率先走上现代化国家之路的英国,在法治方面同样走在了世界各国的前列。在17世纪革命以前,国王享有至高无上的权力,经过英国革命一系列人权法案的颁布尤其是“光荣革命”中《权力法案》的建立,彻底改变了英国社会的人治状态而走上法治化道路。研究英国由人治走向法治的历史,对于建立法治化国家具有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

Peer and self-assessment applied to oral presentations from a multidisciplinary perspective

This article analyses the use of peer and self-assessment in oral presentations as complementary tools to assessment by the professor. The analysis is based on a study conducted at the University of Girona (Spain) in seven different degree subjects and fields of knowledge. We designed and implemented two instruments to measure students’ peer and self-assessment, and a rubric to guide the assessment process. Results were compared with the marks awarded by the professor. In contrast with studies by other authors, which show a high correlation between these different assessment systems, our study revealed significant deviations. Applying peer and self-assessment to oral presentation activities also demonstrates their formative value above and beyond their summative usefulness.  相似文献   

Small fish in a small pond: the impact of collaborative learning on academic success for less-prepared students in a highly selective STEM environment

ABSTRACT

This study examines academic outcomes for university students engaged in a supplemental peer learning program in a selective institution. Using a matched sample of 1266 students, half enrolled in the supplemental program and half not enrolled, we find that participating students on average earned higher grades in linked courses. Using a subsample of students in a chemistry course sequence, we find program participants were more likely to remain in the sequence than non-participants, and that the impact was greater for students with lower levels of preparation.  相似文献   

A Review of Research on Technology-Assisted Teaching and Learning of Chinese as a Second or Foreign Language from 2008 to 2018

More and more studies are examining the use of technology in the teaching of Mandarin Chinese as a second or foreign language (L2 Chinese). The current study involved a systematic review of the literature in the field published outside China from 2008 to 2018. A total of 33 studies met the inclusion criteria. The current review study aimed: (1) to examine the research topics and technologies used in the literature; (2) to identify the benefits of, and challenges involved in, the use of technologies in L2 Chinese teaching and learning; and (3) to suggest implications for practitioners and directions for further research. The review study provides educators and researchers with an overview of recent developments in this field, which could be helpful in informing teaching practice and further research.  相似文献
