不同处理对三花冬青种子出苗的影响

采用双因素完全随机设计,进行层积和GA3溶液浸种处理的三花冬青种子田间出苗试验。结果表明：三花冬青种子具休眠特性,但不存在隔年萌发现象。层积处理可有效打破三花冬青种子的休眠,提高出苗率,其中以自然层积处理的效果最好。GA3溶液浸种处理对打破三花冬青种子的休眠也有显著的促进作用。GA3溶液浸种处理与层积方式的交互作用对三花冬青种子出苗率无显著影响。  相似文献

动感单车对人体心肺功能影响的实验研究

动感单车作为一项流行的健身运动项目,已经成为健身俱乐部的必备项目,深受广大健身者的喜爱。为了研究和探讨动感单车的实际健身效果,以三明市奥力健身俱乐部的20名25-30岁的新进会员为研究对象,对他们进行为期16周,每周3-4次,每次50 min 的动感单车训练。通过哈佛式台阶试验、静息心率测量、肺活量测量,对参与训练者的心肺功能指标进行测量和评价,并用 SPSS15软件对测量结果进行统计和分析,结果显示实验前后练习者的心肺指标都有明显提升,说明动感单车练习对提高心肺功能,发展人体的有氧运动能力有显著的效果。  相似文献   

Digital divide in the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in counsellor education in Nigerian Universities

Abstract

This study investigated digital divide in the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in counsellor education in Nigerian universities. It had two research questions and two hypotheses tested at .05 level of significance. It adopted a survey design and used ICT Utilization Questionnaire (IUQ) in gathering data from the entire population of 142 counsellor-educators and trainee-counsellors in the five universities in the South-South geopolitical zone of Nigeria who offered Guidance and Counselling as a course of study at the Master's degree level in the 2007/2008 session. This instrument was validated by five experts, and its reliability was established to be 0.9. A direct delivery technique was adopted for data collection. Data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation and t-test. Findings show that there is no digital divide based on gender but there is digital divide based on status of the population as counsellor educator or trainee-counsellors. Recommendations were made to different stakeholders on bridging this gap.  相似文献

JSTOR has become a standard offering at most U.S. universities and colleges, as well as a growing number of higher education institutions outside the U.S. This paper will track the growth of JSTOR since its inception in 1995 as an experimental digitization project to today as an archive of over 500 scholarly titles in 40 disciplines. We will consider the two threads of JSTOR's mission-to safeguard titles in a digital form, and to provide access to them as broadly as possibleand assess the value the project has provided to the academic community. 公共部门信息资源蕴含着极大的经济价值和社会价值,是具有市场开发前景的特殊信息资源。本文以国内外公共部门信息资源增值开发利用效率为研究对象,分析国内外相关研究进展。研究发现,公共部门信息资源增值开发利用效率研究较为全面,包括政策制度、市场机制等宏观层面,以及技术等中观层面和产品与服务等微观层面,具有一定的概括性与普适性。同时发现,基于用户视角的衡量与评价研究,对具体公共部门、具体信息资源类型的针对性研究,系统运用实证研究方法开展的研究是未来的重点研究领域。参考文献59。  相似文献
