目的:探讨阶段运动负荷下调节纤维激酶,RPE与BP间的相关性。方法:以40名运动员为研究对象,采用自身对照法,动态调节纤维激酶,RPE与BP测量,观察运动员休息状态下到运动比赛后48h内的动态调节纤维激酶,RPE和BP变化。测定运动员运动结束后0 h,24 h,48 h的血液血清中总胆固醇(TC)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的动态变化结果。结果:与散打运动前相比,一次运动后,运动员的BP都呈下降趋势,其中舒张压下降的程度更加明显。这种血压下降结果可持续10 h以上,24 h后恢复到运动前水平,运动后TC浓度下降(P0.05),HDL-C浓度上升(P0.05),BP与调节纤维激酶,RPE均无关,运动后24 h,HDL-C浓度持续升高(P0.01),BP受调节纤维激酶影响较大,48 h后,TC浓度恢复正常,HDL-C浓度保持较高,BP受RPE影响较大。结论:阶段运动负荷使人体血脂产生变化,运动对血脂的良好作用可持续48h,推荐3天进行一次运动,调节人体机能。  相似文献

为了讨论男子散打项目低氧环境下心率及主观体力感觉等级变化特征,以8名优秀男子散打运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实验测试法、数理统计法对低氧环境下若干指标动态变化情况进行分析。本研究认为,同等负荷下模拟高度变化是引起散打运动员心率升高的主要因素,有无低氧刺激对于散打运动员心率影响较明显,主观体力感觉(RPE)变化特征与心率变化吻合程度较高。提示散打运动员低氧训练改变模拟高度时应遵循渐进性原则,加强首次接触低氧刺激时心率监控,在散打低氧训练中可以采用心率和主观体力感觉(RPE)结合使用,使负荷安排更合理并得到及时反馈。  相似文献

Abstract

This study examined the effect of motivational music on a 20-min sub-maximal cycle task. Eighteen untrained student volunteers (10 males, 8 females) were required to partake in three experimental conditions: no music, oudeterous (non-motivational) music, and motivational music. Participants’ in-task affective states and rate of perceived exertion were assessed on rating scales during the trials and the distance traveled for each trial was recorded. In addition, participants’ attitudes towards the exercise experience were assessed on rating scales administered post-trial. The results of the study indicate that both motivational and oudeterous music can significantly increase distance traveled when compared to the control condition. However, no significant differences were observed between the two music conditions and the increased exercise intensity associated with musical accompaniments was not associated with an increased perception of effort. Both music conditions elicited increased in-task affect and generated equally positive post-task attitudes towards the exercise experience. No significant Gender×Trial interactions were identified for any of the dependent measures.  相似文献

测定了短跑、长跑运动员不同训练课前后及恢复期唾液睾酮,发现短跑运动员不同运动量训练后唾液睾酮降低,中、大运动量训练后唾液睾酮显著下降,且恢复需12h以上;长跑运动员不同运动量训练后唾液睾酮变化与运动量有关,小运动量训练后唾液睾酮上升,中、大运动量训练后显著下降,恢复时间要6h以上。对1日内男子唾液睾酮的测定发现唾液睾酮变化具有一定规律,早晨最高,下午最低。本实验运动后唾液睾酮变化非睾酮自身波动,而是运动的影响。  相似文献

采用RPE生成方案调节强度,36名大学生以小、中、大3强度分别运动10min,检验不同强度运动前后心境状态的变化,以及对经常与不经常锻炼者心境的影响。结果显示,低强度运动有利于心境改善;中等强度运动对心境改善效果不明显;大强度运动对心境没有产生影响。中等强度运动对不经常锻炼者自尊的提高更有效,低强度运动对不经常锻炼者混乱的降低更显著。建议根据个体锻炼经历不同施以不同运动强度,从而获得心境改善的最大效果。  相似文献

采用BFS心境量表和RPE主观体力感觉等级量表与乳酸等指标对自由泳运动员一周不同训练单元运动负荷进行了监控,结果表明,力量训练前后相比,积极心境虽然没有增加,但是消极心境有所下降,以积极性评价为主。水上专项训练前后相比,消极心境有所下降,积极心境有所增长,运动员以积极评价为主。不论是力量训练还是水上专项训练,均造成运动员兴奋性降低,激活水平下降,这与训练常识保持一致。一周训练单元的RPE乳酸监控表明,绝大部分训练单元结束后,两者之间存在高相关,变化趋势一致,提示RPE对于监控自由泳运动员水上专项训练具有生理学效度,同时仍能保持指标的独立性。两量表可以用来监控训练负荷,对于训练负荷安排有建设意义。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Prior exercise can negatively affect movement economy of a subsequent task. However, the impact of cycling exercise on the energy cost of subsequent running is difficult to ascertain, possibly because of the use of different methods of calculating economy. We examined the influence of a simulated cycling bout on running physiological cost (running economy, heart rate and ventilation rates) and perceptual responses (ratings of perceived exertion and effort) by comparing two running bouts, performed before and after cycling using different running economy calculation methods. Seventeen competitive male triathletes ran at race pace before and after a simulated Olympic-distance cycling bout. Running economy was calculated as V?O2 (mL?kg?1?min?1), oxygen cost (EO2, mL?kg?1?m?1) and aerobic energy cost (Eaer, J?kg?1?m?1). All measures of running economy and perceptual responses indicated significant alterations imposed by prior cycling. Despite a good level of agreement with minimal bias between calculation methods, differences (p < 0.05) were observed between Eaer and both V?O2 and EO2. The results confirmed that prior cycling increased physiological cost and perceptual responses in a subsequent running bout. It is recommended that Eaer be calculated as a more valid measure of running economy alongside perceptual responses to assist in the identification of individual responses in running economy following cycling.  相似文献

以“绿色锻炼”思想为基础,使用虚拟现实技术模拟户外自然环境,探讨不同锻炼情境中的中等强度自行车锻炼对大学生心境、主观用力感量表 (RPE)和身体自尊的影响及其差异。30 名大学生随机分配到单一运动组、运动音乐组、虚拟环境运动组,每组10 名大学生,男女各5 名,然后完成 40 min 的中等强度的踩踏功率自行车任务。运动前后分别评估心境状态和身体自尊,运动10 min 后每隔5 min 评估RPE。结果:(1)心境,组别的主效 应显著,测量的主效应显著,组别和测量的交互作用不显著,运动结束后虚拟环境运动组心境的紧张、疲劳、慌乱水平显著低于运动组,精力水平显 著高于运动组;(2)身体自尊,组别、测量的主效应均不显著,组别和测量的交互作用不显著,但运动后虚拟环境运动组大学生的身体自我价值显著 高于运动组;(3)随着运动时间的增加,3 组大学生的RPE 均显著增加,但虚拟环境运动组大学生的RPE 显著低于单一运动组,同一时间点虚拟环境 运动组大学生的RPE 显著低于单一运动组。结论:中等强度的运动对心理有改善作用,虚拟锻炼环境对心境有更好的调节效果,是一种良好的锻炼 方式,同时研究结果进一步为绿色锻炼的心理效益提供了实证支持。  相似文献

The aim was to compare exercise with and without different degrees of blood-flow restriction on perceived exertion (RPE) and discomfort. Participants were assigned to Experiment 1, 2, or 3. Each completed protocols differing by pressure, load, and/or volume. RPE and discomfort were taken before and after each set. For pressure and RPE, the 20% one repetition maximum (1RM) blood-flow restriction conditions were affected by increasing the pressure from 40% to 50% blood-flow restriction (~12 vs. ~14). This did not appear to happen within the 30% 1RM blood-flow restriction conditions or the higher pressures in the 20% 1RM conditions. The similar RPE between 20% and 30% 1RM to failure was expected given both were to failure. For discomfort, ratings were primarily affected by load at the lowest pressure. Increasing pressure to 50% blood-flow restriction increased discomfort at 20% 1RM (~2.6 vs. ~4). There was a further increase when increasing to 60% blood-flow restriction (~4 vs. ~4.8). The high-load condition had the lowest discomfort, while ratings were highest with 20% 1RM to failure. In conclusion, exercise with blood-flow restriction does not appear to augment the perceptual response observed with low-load exercise to failure.  相似文献
