近年来,一些国内学术期刊特别是医药类、自然科学类期刊热衷于在学术论文的多个署名作者中标识一名为“通讯作者”,认为“通讯作者”是课题负责人、论文的责任者、联系人等等。然而这种做法缺乏事实和法律依据。根据著作权法的规定,没有参与创作的人就不能成为作者。“通讯作者”的标识引起了著作权认定的混乱,应当摒弃。对没有参与论文创作的课题负责人,不应当成为作者。学术论文的署名要“以事实为依据,以法律为准绳”。 相似文献

Digital technologies such as iPads are now ubiquitous in classrooms and family homes, enabling new possibilities for all learners but particularly for those with disabilities. Existing literature explores how children with learning disabilities create and benefit from personalised digital stories but does not unpack theoretical understandings of their ‘authorship’. This paper addresses this gap by proposing an original model of ‘distributed authorship’ with three axes of distribution—interpersonal, technological and temporal—to account for the authorial contributions of young people with learning disabilities. Five families were given an iPad with Pictello storymaking app and instructed to use it with their young person in any way which was engaging for them. Data generation over 12 weeks included weekly diaries, home videos, semi-structured interviews and story collection. Findings indicated that whilst ability to directly engage with the app varied, all the young people could be said to exert authorial influence on the stories distributed across three axes: support from others, support from the technology itself and incorporation of prior embodied agency. The study has theoretical implications for our understanding of ‘authorship’ as well as implications for pedagogy and practice by reconceptualising severely disabled children as literate learners and co-authors. 相似文献

Abstract Well-chosen keywords in titles are significant in enabling optimal document retrieval. Title keyword searches employing the natural language of the researcher augment controlled vocabulary searches. Authors and researchers interested in a particular topic share a vocabulary that contains keywords useful in database searching. It is important for authors to incorporate such keywords in their titles. Both author and researcher will benefit if titles facilitate electronic access. Librarians can assist in educating authors on the benefits of using distinctive and selective keywords in titles by making guidelines available. 相似文献

SUMMARY Graduate and professional school students face a variety of academic integrity issues and are sometimes academically dishonest. The author surveys the literature of the last decade on graduate student academic integrity, including plagiarism, cheating, falsification, and authorship conflicts, focusing on empirical studies in multiple disciplines, studies that portray issues arising in individual disciplines, and solutions suggested. The author proposes that librarians who serve, teach, and consult with graduate students should develop their instructional role in this area. By becoming aware of the chief academic integrity problems and the subject-discipline related concerns, they can better assist graduate students in the context of information literacy and collaborate with faculty on training and other solutions. 相似文献
