Objective: To observe the effects of fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on serum levels of cardiac troponin 1 (cTnl) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB), as well as the concentration of calcium in cardiomyocytes (Myo[Ca2 ]) and activity of sarcoplosnic Ca2 -ATPase (SRCa2 -ATPase) in Adriamycin (ADR)-treated rats. Methods: Rats were intraperitoneally injected with ADR (2.5 mg/kg every other day for 6 times) and then with different dosages of FDP (every other day for twenty-one times). Bi-antibodies sandwich Enzyme linked immune absorption assay (ELISA) was performed to detect serum level of cTnl. CK-MB was detected by monoclonal antibody, Myo[Ca2 ] was detected by fluorescent spectrophotometry and the activity of SRCa2 -ATPase was detected by inorganic phosphate method. Results: FDP (300, 600, 1200 mg/kg) significantly reduced the serum levels of cTnl and CK-MB, while at the same time decreased calcium concentration and increased SRCa2 -ATPase activity in cardiomyocytes of ADR-treated rats (P<0.01). Conclusions: FDP might alleviate the cardiotoxic effects induced by ADR through decreasing calcium level as well as increasing SRCa2 -ATPase activity in cardiomyocytes.  相似文献

在《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的大力推动下,“1+X”证书制度试点工作已提上日程。针对教育部职业技术教育中心研究所发布的首批五类(六个)试点职业技能等级证书,对“1+X”证书制度进行解读,明确其创新点和推行意义之所在;对五类(六个)证书的内容标准进行分析,提出其存在的等价性缺失问题;论述在我国职业教育改革的关键时期,“1+X”证书间等价性存在的重要性与必要性。这将对我国国家职业资历框架的建设产生积极的推动作用。  相似文献

Study on the serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in patients withHelicobacter pylori infection

Objective: To evaluate the interaction between serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) andHelicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods: The serum levels of sICAM-1 in 205 patients with chronic gastric diseases were detected by ELISA method and the status ofH. pylori was determined by histologic examination, RUT,¹⁴C-UBT, and serology. The sera obtained from 18 healthy volunteers served as controls. Results: The serum levels of sICAM-1 were significantly higher in patients withH. pylori positive than those of H. pylori negative (889.43±32.52 ng/ml vs. 747.07±30.45 ng/ml,P<0.05). The serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with mild, moderate and severe infection ofH. pylori were 841.68±72.36 ng/ml, 905.43±37.59 ng/ml and 1012.54±49.34 ng/ml, respectively (P<0.05). The serum levels of sICAM-1, proved to be significantly correlated with the density ofH. pylori colonization in gastric mucosa (r _s=0.316,P<0.001). The serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusions: These results indicated thatH. pylori infection up-regulates the expression of sICAM-1.  相似文献

本文用拓朴方法探讨了1—氯代正烷烃的凝聚型性能与其分子结构之间的关系,提出一个普遍适用于1—氯代正烷烃凝聚型性能的定量关系式。对沸点、密度和折光指数的计算结果表明,计算值都很接近实验值。应用这一定量关系,不仅能够合理表征1—氯代正烷烃的结构性能关系,而且有助于揭示物质结构与性能关系之间的奥秘。  相似文献
