儿童异常发展的整合干预

儿童异常发展的整合干预是指在儿童成长过程中及时地发现与防治儿童行为问题、促进他们健康发展的综合措施。本文在探讨儿童异常发展的原因的基础上 ,认为健康教育和三级预防是整合干预的主渠道 ,早期干预、游戏治疗和家庭治疗是儿童行为干预的主要措施。  相似文献   

MTT法测定八种中草药体外抗肺癌细胞SPC-A1活性

[目的]建立一套高效、快速的体外中草药抗肺癌活性物质筛选模型。[方法]采用MTT法,对芸香草、地榆、甘草、柴胡、莪术、蜜蒙花、半边莲和旱芹等8种中草药体外抗肺癌细胞SPC-A1的活性进行检测。分析肿瘤细胞生长曲线,观察倒置显微镜下肺癌细胞在不同阶段的生长状况。[结果]在中草药活性物质作用下细胞尽管仍然贴壁,但出现萎缩及边缘清晰化,与生长状况良好的细胞形态区别明显。浓度为1.5mg/ml的莪术乙醇浸提液（ESCC）和甘草乙醇浸提液（ESCG）对体外培养的肺癌细胞SPC-A1有较强的抑制增殖作用,抑制率分别为：52.9%和51.6%,且抑制作用随着浓度的加大而加强。[结论]MTT法筛选可作为8种中草药抗肺癌细胞的一个基本筛选模型。  相似文献

脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法研究

目的是建立一种简便、快捷的脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法.在常规PCR的基础上,采用热启动法,同时加入PCR增强剂Btaine、DMSO,对20例表型正常人群外周血样本进行FMR1基因（CGG）n重复序列检测.结果表明,改良后的FMR1基因PCR扩增技术能够高效扩增CG富集区,采用该方法我们检测了20例外周血样本均获得目标片段,PCR扩增产物片段长度400～500bp（相当于n=20～53）.因此,该方法简便、快速、经济而且重复性好,可用于群体普查和门诊快速筛查脆性X染色体综合征.  相似文献

In this study, we examined the likelihood of a TAME （extended technology acceptance model）, in which the interrelationships among computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, intention to use and self-reported use of computer-mediated technology were tested. In addition, the gender- and age-invariant of its causal structure were evaluated. The data were collected from a self-reported questionnaire administered to 477 administrative staff of a public university in Malaysia. The results of structural equation modeling supported the adequacy of TAME. Although the TAME＇s causal structure was applicable to both male and female staff, age group appeared to moderate the structural relationships among the constructs of interest.  相似文献

This paper deals with the stability and dissipative problem of a class of stochastic hybrid system. The system under study involves Markovian jump, impulsive effects and time delay, which are often encountered in practice and are the sources of instability. Our attention is focused on analysis of whether the stochastic hybrid system with time-delay is stochastically asymptotically stable and strictly (Q, S, R) dissipative. By introducing an extra artificial time instance, the equivalent system is obtained and the sufficient conditions are derived by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques. Diagnostic Dilemma of HbA1c Detection in Presence of a Hemoglobinopathy: A Case Report

We report a case of a diabetic, heterozygote with near normal hematology, marginally low level of hemoglobin A₂(HbA₂) having an increased level of hemoglobin F(HbF) that was pancellularly distributed among the red cells. BioRad DiaSTAT measurements gave a high glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) of 31.5% and the BioRad Variant analyzer recorded an HbA1c value which was very low, in discordance with the detected blood glucose levels. Flow cytometry and polymerization chain reaction (PCR) based studies were carried out which revealed the case to be that of the common hereditary persistence of fetal hemoglobin (HPFH)-3, an Asian Indian mutation. Fructosamine estimation and HbA1c by Boronate affinity chromatography were able to resolve the discordant value detected and was able to confirm the diabetes status. The case would have been a diagnostic dilemma, if reported without correlation.  相似文献
