面对国内产业所遭受到的倾销危害,加强对反倾销中存在的突出问题的研究,已是在国际贸易中维护我国国家利益的当务之急。对于公共利益的衡平问题,我国不必照搬欧美国家的内涵,而应给予其符合我国国情的定义。对于反倾销中的规避问题,应通过完善、细化相关的立法加以应对,而贸易转移问题的解决,则要靠反倾销预警机制的作用再向前延伸。国家应采取有效措施,积极培养急需的反倾销人才。 相似文献

This article looks at the effects of privatisation policies on girls' education in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania. It begins by describing changes in economic and education policies in Tanzania since independence in 1961. It presents the results of a study about parental wealth and education and the findings from an essay task completed by girls at a secondary school in the region.1 The article also provides life-history sketches of several girls who have not attended secondary school and a discussion of the social and economic factors that mark the distinction between “educated” and “uneducated” girls in Tanzania today. These different sources of information show how cultural notions about gender and economic hardship in Kilimanjaro work together in making the attainment of a secondary school education an untenable goal for girls from poor households. 相似文献

This paper considers the output feedback sliding-mode control for an uncertain linear system with unstable zeros. Based on a frequency shaping design, a dynamic-gain observer is used for state estimation of an uncertain system. This paper confirms that (1) state estimation is globally stable in a practical sense, (2) the resultant error can be arbitrarily small with respect to the system uncertainties, and (3) the proposed sliding-mode control can drive the uncertain system state into an arbitrarily small residual set around the origin, such that the size of residual set is controlled by the filter design. Moreover, the proposed control design is inherently robust to measurement noise; the effect of measurement noise can effectively be attenuated without any additional work. 相似文献

This study investigates the outage performance for a wireless-powered relaying satellite-terrestrial system, which consists of a satellite source, a relay, a power beacon, and two users. In particular, the satellite source transmits its information to the relay, which uses up all the harvested energy from the power beacon with a nonlinear energy harvesting mode to forward a superimposed signal of the source and its own information under a non-orthogonal multiple access protocol. Assuming the satellite link experiences Shadowed-Rician fading and the terrestrial links undergo Nakagami-m fading distribution, the analytical expressions of outage probability for both users are presented in the presence of imperfect successive interference cancellation. In addition, the optimal power allocation factor, which can result in the best outage performance, is also obtained. Finally, Monte-Carlo simulations are used to verify the accuracy of the analytical expressions. 相似文献
