Microcapsules of volatile oil containing Herba Schizonepetae(VOHS) were prepared by emulsion solvent diffusion method to improve the drug loading and reduce the amount of pharmaceutical excipients.Orthogonal assay was applied to optimize the preparation condition of microcapsulation,and the results illustrated that the ratio of ethyl cellulose(EC) to VOHS influenced the property of VOHS microcapsule significantly.GC-MS analysis indicated that some volatile components with low concentration in VOHS were lost after microencapsulation.The microcapsules prepared with optimum condition had good fluidity,and the holes on the surface of the microcapsules contributed to the release of VOHS.The particles of the microcapsule conformed to a normal distribution with the diameter of 45—220 μm.In the simulated intestinal fluid containing 0.2% sodium dodecyl sulfate,pulegone in VOHS microcapsule showed a certain degree of slow release.Compared with β-cyclodextrin method,the microencapsulation used in the present work could reduce the amount of excipients and increase the drug loading.It was beneficial to reduce the dose of Chinese medicines containing volatile oils.  相似文献

从万方数据库搜集48个典型中成药品种2002-2010年科技投入项目数及论文综合影响因子,通过分析不同滞后年度下科技投入与论文产出指标间的相关系数,判断科技投入的起效时间。剔除16个相关系数很小甚至为负的品种后,剩余32个品种中有10个品种的科技投入当年起效,其余22个品种存在不同程度的滞后。提出的时效分析方法可量化评估科技投入起效的迟滞时间,为科技项目管理与评估提供考核参数,有助于客观有效地评估与管理科技项目。  相似文献

To establish a method for determining five saponins(notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 and ammonium glycyrrhizinate) in Glycyrrhizae, Notoginseng and Ginseng, the high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) method was applied to an Inertsil ODS-SP column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid in a gradient elution manner. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelengths were 203 nm and 237 nm, respectively. The linear ranges were 0.700,0—7.000,0 μg for R1(r=1.000,0), 0.751,1— 7.511,4 μg for Rg1(r=1.000,0), 0.677,2—6.771,6 μg for Re(r=1.000,0), 0.733,9—7.339,1 μg for Rb1(r= 1.000,0), and 0.540,0—5.399,8 μg for ammonium glycyrrhizinate(r=0.999,9), respectively. In addition, their average recoveries were 100.28%, 105.83%, 104.09%, 99.36% and 98.54%, respectively. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of precision, reproducibility and recovery were all less than 1.5%. The results indicate that the method is simple, accurate and reproducible so that it can be used for the simultaneous determination of the five saponins in Chinese patent medicines containing the three kinds of herbs.  相似文献

To explore the effect of particle size on the quality uniformity and in vitro release performance of Strychnosnux-vomica powder, seven samples of Strychnos nux-vomica powder with different particle sizes were prepared.Microstructures and particle sizes were analyzed, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used totest the contents and in vitro release performances of brucine and strychnine in the samples. Results showed that thecontents and the in vitro release rates of brucine (or strychnine) in different samples were different since there aredifferent proportions of endosperms to epidermal cells in Strychnos nux-vomica powder with different particle sizes.Brucine and strychnine in each sample were promptly released in the first ten minutes and their cumulative releaserates were higher than 70% after ten minutes. Eighty minutes later, the cumulative release rate tended to be a constant.Considering the quality uniformity and safety of Strychnos nux-vomica powder used as traditional Chinese medicine, itwould be better to control the particle size of Strychnos nux-vomica powder between 100 and 140 mesh in which themaximum cumulative release rate in vitro of brucine and strychnine can be relatively low within this range.  相似文献

为科学有效地评估科技项目对中医药行业的影响,本文选取了国内49家典型的中药上市企业及47个典型的中成药大品种作为研究对象,运用数据包络分析(DEA)、典型相关分析(CCR)、时效分析、波士顿矩阵分析等定量与定性分析方法,考察了中药领域科技投入对科技体制内评估指标(如论文)及体制外客观指标(如经济效益、社会效益及药物疗效等)的作用与影响。基于上述量化评估结果并结合对国外科研项目管理的调研结果,就我国科研项目的立项、验收、资金的使用效率等现状进行总结分析,提出以下建议:1)科技项目考核指标应多样化、差异化并引入科技体制外的评估指标;2)加强对科技成果质量与成果转化应用的评估;3)科技项目的评估应考虑滞后效应,通过时效分析不仅可为项目验收提供客观、合理的滞后时间,还可判断科技投入对产出的影响是锦上添花型还是雪中送炭型;4)加强对项目经费使用效率的评估,改变我国科研经费使用重物轻人、与国际惯例严重脱节的模式与理念。  相似文献
