江西省高校档案工作自80年代初以来得到了较大发展.各高校都根据自身的规模成立了档案馆或综合档案室,集中统一管理全部档案资料;有一名校级领导分管档案工作,负责协调与解决档案部门的实际问题;开展目标管理,提高管理水平;建立规章制度,做到依法治档,但仍然存在档案意识不强,多数高校还没有真正地把档案提到学校工作的议事日程,做到"三纳入"、"四同步"、"三五"、"四五"普法都没有把<档案法>列入其中,使大多数教职工对档案工作缺乏了解;档案人员与档案材料的增加不相适应,使得档案人员负担过重,无暇顾及知识更新,投入不足,设备较差,致使馆(室)藏历史较长的档案资料纸张变黄、变脆、破损、字迹扩散、褪色现象无法补救与修复等问题. 相似文献

To overcome the default of single search tendency, the ants in the colony are divided into several sub-groups. The ants in different subgroups have different trail information and expectation coefficients. The simulated annealing method is introduced to the algorithm. Through setting the temperature changing with the iterations, after each turn of tours, the solution set obtained by the ants is taken as the candidate set. The update set is obtained by adding the solutions in the candidate set to the previous update set with the probability determined by the temperature. The solutions in the candidate set are used to update the trail information. In each turn of updating, the current best solution is also used to enhance the trail information on the current best route. The trail information is reset when the algorithm is in stagnation state. The computer experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has higher stability and convergence speed. 相似文献

A 21-day laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the impact of pesticides (insecticide, herbicide, fungicide)
on paddy field soil health under controlled moisture (flooded soil) and temperature (25°C) environment. The electron transport
system (ETS)/Dehydrogenase activity showed negative correlation with pesticides concentrations, decreased with increase of
pesticide concentration. The higher doses (5 to 10 times field rates) of pesticides significantly inhibited ETS activity,
while lower rates failed to produce any significant reducing effect on the control. The toxicity of pesticides in decreasing
the ETS activity was in the order: insecticide > fungicide > herbicide, irrespective of their rates of application. The pesticides
increased the soil phenol content, which increased with increasing concentration of agrochemicals. The pesticide application
did not produce any significant change in soil protein content. The response of biomass phospholipid content was nearly similar
to that of ETS activity. The phospholipid content decreased with the addition of pesticides in the order insecticide > fungicide
> herbicide and the toxicity was in the order: 10 FR (field rate) > 5 FR > 1.0 FR > 0.5 FR > control.
