本文通过文献资料法、常规数理统计法及调查访问法 ,对我国部分优秀游泳运动员各训练阶段的年龄参数进行调查研究 ,并从运动生理学角度对专项始训年龄段的运动员运动素质的生理特点进行分析 ,发现 12 - 14岁是年龄组运动员开始专项训练的适宜年龄段 ,运动员的运动素质在此年龄段已有一定的发展 ,有的还处在发展敏感期 ,能达到专项训练的要求。  相似文献

There is an increasing interest in linking character education programs with social and academic outcomes. The Child Development Project (CDP) is a character education program that promotes academic and social growth in teachers and students. This theory-driven evaluation employed a quasi-experimental design with matched control schools. School personnel participated in an intensive professional development process to learn the CDP model. Performance measures included state-mandated achievement measures, teacher self-assessment reports, and student attitudes and outcomes. Results yielded support for the CDP model as a strategy to improve social and, if properly implemented, cognitive outcomes in students; the model also improved teacher self-assessment and provided information that may facilitate professional growth about school collegiality. Implications for policy and practice will be discussed.  相似文献

应用问卷调查法，通过SPSS for Windows 11．5进行统计分析，从地区、身份和学历三个维度研究贵州省少数民族地区小学教师学历大专化进程的态度、提升学历的方式、获得专科文凭的花费和获得学历所需时间四个问题，得出的主要结论是：该地区广大小学教育工作者已接受了小学教师学历大专化的观念，主要通过假期函授方式获得学历，学员获得专科文凭一般需要三年时间，花费3000-4000元。学历和地区是此项研究中最重要的难度。  相似文献

Manufacture and Date of a Goryeo dynasty Sutra Box with Mother-of-pearl Inlaid Decoration at the Rijksmuseum,Amsterdam

Currently, about ten Goryeo dynasty (918–1392 CE) sutra boxes are preserved in museums in Korea, Japan, the United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. This article is the result of an examination of a sutra box in the collection of the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam (hereafter ‘Rijksmuseum sutra box’), which was first introduced to a European audience in the Transactions and Proceedings of the Japanese Society, in 1913–1914. The Rijksmuseum sutra box differs from other Goryeo sutra boxes. With its altered structure and modified motifs, this box bears significant value, not only for the research of thirteenth-century Goryeo mother-of-pearl art, but also for the study of cross-cultural adaptations in East Asian lacquer art. This article investigates the date of manufacture of the sutra box by analysing the manufacturing techniques and its various original and modified parts. For this, an X-ray radiograph was carried out for the first time. As a result, discoveries have been made regarding the structure and decoration of the lower part, which has been modified and is different from Goryeo mother-of-pearl sutra boxes. Finally, this paper reconsiders conservation and repair of Goryeo sutra boxes, as illuminated by an understanding of the original and repaired parts of this box.  相似文献

该文基于文化认同理论，运用文献资料法，结合田野调查与专家咨询，探析如何通过数字技术驱动和建构丝绸之路民族体育文化认同。研究发现：数字技术颠覆了传统信息流通的方式，满足了受众对民族体育文化的认知需求。数字技术带来的时空一体化，有效推进了民族体育文化的共享，有望弥合民族文化鸿沟，塑造"他者"认知的想象空间，推进丝绸之路各国之间的文化交流与经济合作。建议以数字驱动、体验交流作为技术支撑，以中国主导、多边合作作为建构的主体，以民间体育文化交流、赛事品牌打造进行内容建构，多管齐下，共同打造民族体育文化数字空间，增进丝绸之路民族体育文化认同，助推"一带一路"经济合作与发展。  相似文献
