为探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠抗疲劳能力的影响,将86只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和服药组,通过适应性训练后,进行一次力竭性运动,测定运动后即刻、运动后24h、48 h的血液CK、LDH和IL-4等有关指标.结果表明:与对照组相比,服药组的各指标升高幅度均较低(p＜0.01).结论:银杏叶提取物对骨骼肌细胞膜的正常结构和机能具有保护作用,能降低运动后急性免疫应答反应,因而具有抗运动性疲劳的作用,将其开发为运动营养补剂应具广阔的前景.  相似文献

为探索运动对细胞免疫功能的影响，检测了7名男运动员一次急性疲劳性运动前和运动后即刻、3h、24h的外周血TLT、IH活性和皮质醇及胰岛素浓度的变化。结果：在运动后即刻，TLT显著增强，IL—2活性和血浆皮质醇浓度分别略有上升和下降；在运动后3h，前2项指标和血浆皮质醇浓度分别明显增强和降低。这3项指标在运动后24h均恢复到运动前水平。IL-2活性变化与皮质醇变化有显著负相关关系。胰岛素在运动前后无明显变化。结果表明：一次急性适度运动可提高人体的细胞免疫功能，并可持续数小时。这种变化与血浆皮质醇浓度下降有一定关系。  相似文献

脊髓亚急性联合变性24例临床分析

目的探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性（SCD）患者的临床特点、诊断及预后。方法回顾性分析24例SCD患者的临床特点、辅助检查结果、治疗及预后。结果 21例血清维生素B12水平降低。17例行脊柱MRI检查,10例有异常信号,呈条带状等T1长T2异常信号。24例患者均给予维生素B12肌肉注射,14例治愈（58.3%）,6例明显好转（25.0%）,4例效果不明显（16.7%）。结论 SCD患者主要表现为脊髓后索、侧索受累,周围神经受累亦较常见。及时应用维生素B12治疗,症状可明显好转。本病为可治性疾病,预后与病程密切相关,应重视早期诊断、治疗。  相似文献

In der Entscheidung Morgan und Bucher hat der Europäische Gerichtshof zwei Regelungen des deutschen Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetzes zur Ausbildungsförderung für Auslandsstudien als gegen die Freizügigkeit der Unionsbürger nach Art 18 EGV verstoßend und somit gemeinschaftsrechtswidrig angesehen. Das Urteil unterstreicht die Bedeutung, die der Gerichtshof der Freizügigkeit und der Gleichbehandlung von Unionsbürgern im Bildungsbereich zuerkennt. Dies wird von Österreich auch bei Klärung der Hochschulzugangsproblematik zu berücksichtigen sein. Das durch eine Novelle zum österreichischen Studienförderungsgesetz eingeführte Mobilitätsstipendium ist entsprechend den vom Europäischen Gerichtshof in Morgan und Bucher entwickelten Grundsätzen am Gemeinschaftsrecht zu messen.  相似文献

Leaf senescence is often caused by water deficit and the chimeric gene PSA612-1PT is an auto-regulated gene delaying leaf senescence. Using in vitro leaf discs culture system, the changes of contents of chlorophylls, carotenoids, soluble protein and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance （TBARS） and antioxidant enzymes activities were investigated during leaf senescence of PSA612-1PT modified gerbera induced by osmotic stress compared with the control plant （wild type）. Leaf discs were incubated in 20%, 40% （w/v） polyethylene glycol （PEG） 6 000 nutrient solution for 20 h under continuous light [ 130 μmol/（m^2·s）]. The results showed that the contents of chlorophylls, carotenoids and soluble protein were decreased by osmotic stress with the decrease being more pronounced at 40% PEG, but that, at the same PEG concentration the decrease in the transgenic plants was significantly lower than that in the control plant. The activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, catalases （CAT）, ascorbate peroxidase （APX）, guaiacol peroxidase （GPX） and dehydroascorbate reductase （DHAR） were stimulated by PEG treatment. However, the increases were higher in PSA612-IPT transgenic plants than in the control plants, particularly at 40% PEG treatment. Lipid peroxidation （TBARS content） was increased by PEG treatment with the increase being much lower in transgenic plant than in the control plant. It could be concluded that the increases in the activities ofantioxidant enzymes including SOD, CAT, APX, GPX and DHAR were responsible for the delay of leaf senescence induced by osmotic stress.  相似文献

美国非法移民子女的教育分为从小学到高中教育和高等教育两个阶段。经过社会力量的博弈和各种利益的权衡,美国向非法移民子女开放了从小学到高中的公共教育。目前,非法移民子女的高等教育是社会各界争论的焦点。尽管州内学费的开放促使更多的非法移民子女上大学,但是州内学费待遇不能完全解决非法移民子女高等教育存在的问题。呼之欲出的梦想法案被看作是解决美国非法移民子女高等教育问题和改变非法移民子女命运的理想方式。  相似文献
