This article is a response to the excellent “Using Mobile Technology to Observe Student Study Behaviors and Track Library Space Usage” by Susan Thompson. Thompson reviews the literature regarding user counts on mobile devices and describes the California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) Library's evaluation of SUMA, Counter+, and CloudOn. After trialing these mobile technologies, CSUSM selected CloudOn. At New York University Abu Dhabi, we use Google Forms to conduct user counts on an iPad and Google Sheets to evaluate these data. We find that Google Forms are easy to set up, modify as necessary, and present the data in easy-to-manipulate spreadsheets. 相似文献

以羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,采用湿法制粒,制备钩藤总碱缓释片。以体外释放度实验研究了缓释片的释药机理及其影响因素。结果表明:钩藤总碱凝胶骨架片的释放符合Higuchi方程,其释放速度受多种因素的影响,如HPMC、乳糖、微晶纤维素的用量,附加剂的调节和控制。 相似文献

The use of tablets for large‐scale testing programs has transitioned from concept to reality for many state testing programs. This study extended previous research on score comparability between tablets and computers with high school students to compare score distributions across devices for reading, math, and science and to evaluate device effects for gender and ethnicity subgroups. Results indicated no significant differences between tablets and computers for math and science. For reading, a small device effect favoring tablets was found for the middle to lower part of the score distribution. This effect seemed to be driven by increases in performance for male students when testing on tablets. No interactions of device with ethnicity were observed. Consistent with previous research, this study provides additional evidence for a relatively high degree of comparability between tablets and computers. 相似文献

本文通过收集共32个批次的柳氮磺吡啶片样品,经实验室检验后,扫描其近红外光谱,结合实验室的检测结果,运用OPUS 5.0软件,建立柳氮磺吡啶片的一致性检验模型,并用新的样品来验证模型的准确性。本方法简便快捷,可以在不破坏包装的情况下准确鉴别柳氮磺吡啶片的真伪。 相似文献

用红外光谱内标法(K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O为内标物)测定了红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量.实验表明:混合物红外光谱中红霉素的测量峰(1714.6cm-1)和K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O的内标峰(2119.0cm-1)的峰高比(y=h i/h s)与两者质量比(x=m i/m s)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=0.2642x-0.0579,相关系数R2=0.9973.据此测得红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量为标示量的101%,相对标准偏差为0.51%,加标回收率分别为96.8%101.9%.该方法无需分离提取,简便,快速,成本低,测定结果准确,特别适合批量检测和药品质量的快筛,有应用价值. 相似文献

While there is evidence of the growing popularity of iPads and other tablets in K–12 education, little is understood about how teachers use these devices in their instruction. This study examines 342 teachers' comfort level with and perception toward iPad use and any changes that occurred over the implementation year. Using a mixed-methods design, this study found significant differences in comfort level by years of teaching and school levels. Female teachers, teachers with 20 years or less of teaching experience, and elementary school teachers were more positive about their perception toward iPad use than the other groups. High school teachers' perception was the lowest overall. Analyses of teacher interviews revealed affordances, challenges, and diverse ways of how teachers used iPads in their instruction. Many developing countries are investing in large-scale initiatives to deploy information and communications technology in schools. However, merely equipping schools with hardware and software does not guarantee that the technology is used effectively to improve learning outcomes. This study aims to identify factors that influence the use of technology in schools in a developing-country context. It investigates this through a multiple-case study of the Australian AID tablet computer programme in the Philippines, in which 1000 tablets were given to nine public schools for student use. Focusing specifically on the impact at a whole-school level, the study revealed factors affecting outcomes that were specific to a developing-country context, as well as confirming the relevance of more general factors identified in the literature. The study also brings to light tablet-specific benefits and issues in this context. These results have implications for the effective school-level implementation of technology programmes in developing countries. Recommendations that proceed from these are presented for policy-makers and school administrators looking to use these devices in schools. 相似文献
