采用实验评定法,对同一天的尿液分别测定两个时段的尿肌酐量、晨尿肌酐量及全日尿肌酐量,并对两种简便测定尿肌酐的方法进行分析比较。结果表明,两段尿测定法与一段尿法均能比较客观代表全日尿肌酐量。  相似文献

用全自动尿沉渣分析仪(UF-100)及DiaSys R/S 2003尿液分析系统检测学生体育课前后尿液中的有形成份,男生运动1h后尿液中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、管型(CAST)、上皮细胞(EC)极显著增高,休息1h后RBC、WBC、CAST、EC增高仍有极显著意义.女生运动1h后仅CAST极显著增高,运动1h后及休息1h后RBC、WBC、EC无显著变化.33名学生运动1h后尿液中病理管型(P.CAST)和小圆上皮细胞(SRC)极显著增高,结晶(X'TAL)和蛋白质(PRO)显著增高,休息1h后P.CAST和PRO极显著增高,X'TAL显著增高,SRC增高无显著意义.  相似文献

三级跳远运动对速度、力量和技术有很高的要求,目前这三项训练是三级跳远项目运动员日常训练的中轴。而对不同专项素质训练课对三级跳远运动员身体机能影响的研究却因一节训练课包含多种训练手段、同一练习手段多次重复,强度不容易评定而研究较少。本课题以三级跳远突出某项素质训练的综合课为研究对象,通过对尿蛋白及其组分的研究,试图找出能够评定不同专项素质训练课强度的有效指标,为合理评定运动员身体机能的变化及其产生的可能机制提供统一评判尺度。  相似文献

In the 70ies of the last century, ther term “preanalytical phase” was introduced in the literature. This term describes all actions and aspects of the “brain to brain circle” of the medical laboratory diagnostic procedure happening before the analytical phase. The author describes his personal experiences in the early seventies and the following history of increasing awareness of this phase as the main cause of “laboratory errors”. This includes the definitions of influence and interference factors as well as the first publications in book, internet, CD-Rom and recent App form over the past 40 years. In addition, a short summary of previous developments as prerequesits of laboratory diagnostic actions is described from the middle age matula for urine collection to the blood collection tubes, anticoagulants and centrifuges. The short review gives a personal view on the possible causes of missing awareness of preanalytical causes of error and future aspects of new techniques in regulation of requests to introduction of quality assurance programs for preanalytical factors.  相似文献

目的对新疆和田地区碘缓释器的使用进行系统评估;方法采用现场调查和实验室检测相结合的方法进行。结果土盐水使用碘缓释器组的水碘含量为23.1±49.0(mg/kg),明显高于土盐水未使用碘缓释器组的0.06±0.05(mg/kg);土盐水使用加碘器组尿碘中位数育龄妇女为125.3μg/L,儿童为134.5μg/L,均低于碘盐组但明显高于土盐水未使用碘缓释器组。有33.9%的育龄妇女和31.7%的儿童尿碘水平在100μg/L以下,25.4%的育龄妇女和29.3%的学龄儿童尿碘水平在300μg/L以上;土盐水使用加碘器组目标人群的甲状腺肿大率育龄妇女和学龄儿童分别为19.1和19.0%,,明显低于土盐水未使用碘缓释器组并接近碘盐组水平;土盐水使用加碘器组IDD知识知晓率在育龄妇女和儿童分别为72.9%和72.7%明显高于土盐水未使用碘缓释器组并接近碘盐组的水平。结论在和田地区使用碘缓释器作为预防和控制碘缺乏病的临时性替代措施是有效的。  相似文献

Organic acidurias are an important class of inherited metabolic disorders arising due to defect in intermediary metabolic pathways of carbohydrate, amino acids and fatty acid oxidation. This review summarizes the current knowledge about the important organic acidurias in the Indian population. Specifically, diagnosis and principles of treatment of organic acidurias are covered. The study of parasites and their likely influence on optimal foraging and mate-selection in animals has attracted much attention in recent times. The possible effects of parasites on the host include the manipulation of host behaviour by parasites and the emergence of host behavioural adaptations for protecting against parasitism. Self-medication in wild animals is believed to be the behavioural adaptation evolved primarily against parasites and associated diseases. In this article, we have briefly reviewed some types of unusual behaviour observed inmammals, birds and insectswhich can be considered as self-medication. Rajasekar Raman is a PhD student in the Department of Animal Behaviour and Physiology, Madurai Kamaraj University. His research interests include behavioural ecology and conservation of bats. Presently he is studying the roosting ecology of the tentmaking fruit bat Cynopterus sphinx. Sripathi Kandula is a Professor in Neurophysiology, Department of Animal Behaviour and Physiology, School of Biological Sciences, Madurai Kamaraj University. 通过监测吉林省速滑运动员赛前训练的生理生化指标(血红蛋白、血尿素、肌酸激酶、尿蛋白等)变化,来调整和确定训练的营养补充方案,进一步探讨营养生化监控和科学训练的关系,并发现赛前全队平均血红蛋白浓度、血尿素浓度和肌酸激酶指标都处于较理想范围;全队尿蛋白浓度和尿蛋白阳性检出率都明显下降。说明赛前训练改善了运动员的体能状况和运动员对训练负荷的适应情况良好。  相似文献

在冬训期间,对上海田径队4名400米健将级运动员于每周一晨、大运动量训练后及第二天晨收集尿样,进行尿儿茶酚胺的检测。结论:(1)对于400米田径运动员,尿儿茶酚胺是一个较好的训练负荷适应性监控指标;(2)赛前肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素应基本恢复到赛前训练初的基础水平,而多巴胺含量应有所提高,这有助于比赛中竞技水平的发挥。(3)在用尿儿茶酚胺评价训练负荷适应性时,应注意个体化分析。  相似文献

Male interscholastic swimmers (n = 8) completed a 4572 m training swim in 62 ±1.1 min (x ± s.e.) with terminal heart rate and blood lactate of 152 ± 6 beats min‐1 and 6.9±0.89 mM, respectively. Sweat rate (0.48±0.0951. h‐1) was lower than similar intensity cycling (1.5±0.13 1. h‐1) or running (1.1 ± 0.14 l.h‐1). Post‐swim serum urea N (11.6±0.71 mM) was elevated (P<0.05) vs pre‐swim (4.6±0.39 mM). Post‐swim urine volume (860±75 ml 24 h‐1) was reduced (P<0.07) and resulted in an elevated (P<0.05), but delayed (24–84 h), post‐exercise urea N excretion. Although the reduced urine and sweat production during the swim undoubtedly contributed to the elevated serum urea, there must be another explanation because together they could only account for 38% of the observed increase. On the basis of the magnitude of serum urea increase, it appears that the swim caused an increase in urea production (amino acid oxidation). The failure to observe larger increases in urinary urea during recovery indicates that either urea excretion following exercise continues for prolonged periods of time (>48 h) or another significant mode of nitrogen excretion exists.  相似文献
