在国际热核聚变试验堆计划中,流道插件是包层模块中的一个重要部件,它的主要作用是隔热和电绝缘,它的力学行为受到高温、磁场、流体压力的共同作用,使得其响应分析成为一个多场耦合的问题。本文采用有限体积法和有限元法,对包层中流体传热性能和流道插件的结构安全性能进行计算,其中详细分析一种典型工况下流道插件的应力状态;同时,对具有不同热导率的流道插件进行计算,得出其对包层结构的影响。计算结果说明流道插件厚度方向以及面内方向的压应力均比较安全,而较危险的则为极向面内拉应力和棱边的剪切破坏。采用具有较低热导率的流道插件时,可以使出口金属流体的平均温度提高,从而提高热效率,同时降低第一壁的最高温度,从而保证其结构安全,但流道插件内部的温度梯度会增加,结构热应力也更高。  相似文献

A numerical simulation of the interaction between laminar flow with low Reynolds number and a highly flexible elastic sheet is presented. The mathematical model for the simulation includes a three-dimensional finitevolume based fluid solver for incompressible viscous flow and a combined finite-discrete element method for the three-dimensional deformation of solid. An immersed boundary method is used to couple the simulation of fluid and solid. It is implemented through a set of immersed boundary points scattered on the solid surface. These points provide a deformable solid wall boundary for the fluid by adding body force to Navier-Stokes equations. The force from the fluid is also obtained for each point and then applied on the boundary nodes of the solid. The vortex-induced vibration of the highly flexible elastic sheet is simulated with the established mathematical model. The simulated results for both swing pattern and oscillation frequency of the elastic sheet in low Reynolds number flow agree well with experimental data.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to develop, as well as validate the strongly coupled method (two-way fluid structural interaction (FSI)) used to simulate the transient FSI response of the vertical axis tidal turbine (VATT) rotor, subjected to spatially varying inflow. Moreover, this study examined strategies on improving techniques used for mesh deformation that account for large displacement or deformation calculations. The blade's deformation for each new time step is considered in transient two-way FSI analysis, to make the design more reliable. Usually this is not considered in routine one-way FSI simulations. A rotor with four blades and 4-m diameter was modeled and numerically analyzed. We observed that two-way FSI, utilizing the strongly coupled method, was impossible for a complex model; and thereby using ANSYS-CFX and ANSYS-MECHANICAL in work bench, as given in ANSYS-WORKBENCH, helped case examples 22 and 23, by giving an error when the solution was run. To make the method possible and reduce the computational power, a novel technique was used to transfer the file in ANSYS-APDL to obtain the solution and results. Consequently, the results indicating a two-way transient FSI analysis is a time- and resource-consuming job, but with our proposed technique we can reduce the computational time. The ANSYS STRUCTURAL results also uncover that stresses and deformations have higher values for two-way FSI as compared to one-way FSI. Similarly, fluid flow CFX results for two-way FSI are closer to experimental results as compared to one-way simulation results. Additionally, this study shows that, using the proposed method we can perform coupled simulation with simple multi-node PCs (core i5).  相似文献

本文基于农户满意度的视角,通过构建农户满意度指数模型探讨农地转出绩效的影响因素,并利用武汉、鄂州两市农地流转典型地区的调查数据,运用结构方程模型对两地农地转出绩效的影响因素进行了定量研究。研究发现:农户对农地转出活动的感知质量是影响武汉、鄂州两地农地转出绩效的决定性因素。两地政府相关部门对农地流转活动给予的政府支持行为对农地转出绩效的提高起到了极其重要的促进作用。农地转出活动中的可靠性因素对两地农地转出绩效产生了重要的影响。农地转出活动中的规范性措施与人员互动措施对两地农地转出绩效产生了一定的积极影响。两地农地转出后期的农户不满处理系统缺乏效率,负向影响了农地转出绩效。最后,根据研究结论,从改善农地转出绩效限制因素、提高农地转出绩效的角度提出了相关政策建议。  相似文献

针对某超大型储液罐进行了流固耦合振动分析。首先应用ANSYS建立了储液罐-液体的流固耦合振动模型,求得了前20阶振动模态;接着分析了液面波动和储液量对耦合固有频率的影响,并取了一个高罐模型进行了高、低罐的模态分析对比;最后对"象足凸鼓"现象进行了探讨,解释了造成"象足凸鼓"现象的原因。  相似文献

In this paper we propose a finite element (FE) simulation method to predict tree motion in a wind field, Two FE tree models were investigated: One model was generated based on a realistic nature-looking geometric tree model, and the other was a symmetric model to investigate the influence of asymmetric material properties on tree motion. The vortex-induced vibration (VIV) theory is introduced to estimate the fluctuating wind force being exerted on tree stems and the fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analysis is also included in the simulation. The results indicate that asymmetric material properties result in the crosswind displacement of the investigated node and the main swaying direction deviation. The simulation reveals that under wind loading, a tree with leaves has much larger swaying amplitude along the wind direction and longer swaying period than a tree without leaves. However, the crosswind swaying amplitude is mainly due to branch interaction. The numerical simulation proved that the interaction of tree branches can prevent dangerous swaying motion developing.  相似文献
