Knee flexor and extensor muscular assessment via isokinetic dynamometry is common practice and established in the research literature. However, reporting assessment methodology regarding reciprocal and nonreciprocal movements is often vague or absent. Such methodological issues are crucial for accurate assessments. Therefore, knee extensor and flexor peak moment using either reciprocal movement or nonreciprocal modalities was assessed. Fifteen participants performed three blocks of five concentric muscle actions at three angular velocities [1: nonreciprocal (maximal active flexion followed by passive extension); B2: reciprocal (maximal active extension followed by maximal active flexion); B3 nonreciprocal (maximal active extension followed by passive flexion)]. ANOVA revealed statistically significant within-subject modality effects for peak knee extensor moment and flexor velocity and modality differences (p < .05). Reciprocal and nonreciprocal assessments give significantly different results, with nonreciprocal giving higher peak moments. Reporting which modality is used is crucial to allow for greater clarity for the reader and practitioner.  相似文献

目的:本研究应用冥想念动训练方法来提高运动员对肌群的协同控制能力,有效提高其完成运动动作时的力量。方法:16名受试者随机分成A、B两组。均进行负重屈肘练习,重量12RM,重复10次,每天3组,每组负重训练完成后,A组放松休息,B组平卧进行冥想念动训练,共训练30 d。采用美国产MERAC等速测力系统测试训练前后肱二头肌在各种收缩状态下的Peak Speed或Peak Torque来评价受试者的肌肉力量。结果:训练后,冥想念动训练的B组的等张收缩力量、等动收缩力量均要优于只进行常规训练的A组。而两组间等长收缩力量无统计学意义的差异。这可能是由于冥想念动训练方法有效地在受训者神经系统中固化了动作过程中撷抗肌的拉长或放松模式,从而明显地增加了受训者完成运动动作时原动肌与撷抗肌的合力的结果。  相似文献

通过文献资料法、测试法及数理统计法对国内不同年龄、等级青少年足球运动员大腿伸膝、屈膝肌群等动力量及下肢爆发力特点进行研究.结果表明,随年龄与训练年限的增长,青少年足球运动员伸、屈膝等动力量逐渐增加.18岁足球运动员屈膝等动力量明显高于16岁运动员,而在伸膝等动力量上两者没有明显差别.前者的伸膝/屈膝等动肌力比高于后者.在10 m站立式全速跑测试上,18岁足球运动员的成绩明显好于16岁足球运动员.然而在30 m站立全速跑及原地静止式纵跳、原地下蹲式纵跳的成绩上两者之间没有明显区别,说明下肢爆发力训练随年龄增长没有得到足够的重视.  相似文献

通过Cybex-6000等速测试系统,对广东省优秀短跑、跨栏、三级跳远项目30名(男16人、女14人)一线训练运动员髋关节进行等速向心肌力测试,对髋关节伸屈肌在60°/s、120°/s、180°/s、240°/s四种测试速度下的峰力矩、功及功率的变化进行了研究,为优秀运动员有针对性的力量训练提供科学依据.实验结果表明:随着收缩速度的增加,髋关节伸展肌相对峰力矩有下降的趋势,相对功呈逐渐减小的趋势,相对功率呈明显增大的趋势,髋关节屈伸肌峰力矩比值在0.71~0.79范围内波动,髓关节屈伸肌做功比值呈略有减少的趋势.  相似文献

对27名青年大学生志愿者肘关节进行等速向心测试,探讨肘关节屈、伸肌群在不同运动速度下的峰力矩(PT)、峰力矩比(F/E)、疲劳指数(WF)及其变化情况和性别差异,为今后运动医学、临床医学、康复医学的实践提供参考。结果表明:随速度增加,肘关节屈、伸肌群的PT值皆明显下降,F/E值显著提高;男性在不同测试速度下,肘关节屈伸肌群PT值指标均明显高于女性;不同性别的肘关节F/E值,在慢速测试时,不存在显著性差异,但快速测试中,差异却极显著;男女肘关节屈伸肌群的WF值皆存在差异,但差异不显著。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to compare mechanical variables derived from torque-cadence and power-cadence profiles established from different cycle ergometer modes (isoinertial and isokinetic) and modelling procedures (second- and third-order polynomials), whilst employing a novel method to validate the theoretical maximal power output (Pmax). Nineteen well-trained cyclists (n = 12 males) completed two experimental sessions comprising six, 6-s maximal isoinertial or isokinetic cycling sprints. Maximal pedal strokes were extracted to construct power–cadence relationships using second- and third-order polynomials. A 6-s sprint at the optimal cadence (Fopt) or optimal resistance (Topt) was performed to assess construct validity of Pmax. No differences were found in the mechanical parameters when derived from isokinetic (Pmax = 1311 ± 415, Fopt = 118 ± 12) or isoinertial modes (Pmax = 1320 ± 421, Fopt = 116 ± 19). However, R2 improved (P < 0.02) when derived from isoinertial sprints. Third-order polynomial modelling improved goodness of fit values (Standard Error, adjusted R2), but derived similar mechanical parameters. Finally, peak power output during the optimised sprint did not significantly differ from the theoretical Pmax in both cycling modes, thus providing construct validity. The most accurate P-C profile can be derived from isoinertial cycling sprints, modelled using third-order polynomial equations.  相似文献

目的:通过对湖南师范大学9名北狮运动员双侧膝关节屈伸肌群进行等速测试,为揭示该项运动膝关节肌群收缩的生物力学特性提供实验依据。方法:采用BIODEX SYSTEM 3等速测试系统对湖南师范大学北狮运动员膝关节屈伸肌群进行等速测试,测试指标为峰力矩、相对峰力矩、屈伸肌峰力矩比、平均功率及做功疲劳度。结果:1)北狮运动员双侧膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩和相对峰力矩随测试速度的增加呈递减趋势;2)狮头狮尾屈伸肌群峰力矩比值和做功疲劳度无显著性差异;3)狮头狮尾左右膝关节同一肌群峰力矩无显著性差异。结论:舞狮运动员膝关节肌群峰力矩变化随测试速度的增加而减少,平均功率呈现随运动速度的增加而增加,到达一定速度后随速度的增加而减少的特征。  相似文献

为了研究观察膝半月板损伤施以关节镜手术后,通过等速训练对膝关节功能恢复及关节周围肌肉力量的影响.采用Cybex-600型等速运动测试仪对27例膝半月板损伤患者中随机选取19例进行患侧膝屈、伸肌进行等速运动训练.选用不同测试速度(60°/s、120°/s和180°)时的屈伸肌峰力矩、单次最大做功量和平均功率等指标对训练结果进行评定.结果发现:运动损伤后的恢复期通过等速训练对上述指标均可产生良好的影响,与对照组相比,具有统计学意义.得出结论:经过膝关节等速训练,可加速膝半月板损伤后的康复过程,对增加膝关节周围肌肉力量、保持膝关节的稳定性和运动能力均具有重要的意义.  相似文献

通过采集湖南省举重队8名运动员在等动练习时的表面肌电信号和对实验的观察,研究应用积分肌电评价运动员力量素质的可行性。结果发现:平均积分肌电与平均峰值力矩和平均做功之间存在明显的相关关系。这提示应用积分肌电技术来评价力量素质并监控力量由训练大有可为。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess isokinetic torque, work and power between non-injured, ACL (anterior cruciate ligament)-deficient and ACL-reconstructed individuals. Ten healthy, non-injured individuals, seven unilateral ACL-deficient individuals and six unilateral ACL-reconstructed individuals were assessed for isokinetic quadriceps and hamstring strength at 1.05 and 3.14 rad ·s -1 . Peak torque, total work, average power and the ratio of peak torque to body mass were computed for both velocities. Peak torque was also corrected for body mass, using allometric modelling. The non-injured individuals showed significantly greater quadriceps peak torque to body mass ratios than the ACL-deficient and ACL-reconstructed individuals at both velocities, and greater hamstring peak torque to body mass ratios than the ACL-deficient group at 3.14 rad · s -1 ( P ? 0.05). The ACL-deficient individuals displayed greater quadriceps and hamstring peak torque, total work and average power than the non-injured individuals at 1.05 rad · s -1 ( P ? 0.05). The ACL-deficient individuals also displayed significantly greater peak torque, total work and average power than the ACL-reconstructed individuals for the quadriceps at both velocities ( P ? 0.05). The ACL-deficient individuals demonstrated greater hamstring peak torque and total work than the non-injured individuals at both velocities ( P ? 0.05). The allometrically modelled peak torques at both isokinetic velocities demonstrated that the quadriceps muscle values were significantly higher in the non-involved than the involved limb. The hamstring peak torques corrected for body mass were significantly higher in the non-involved than the involved limb only at 1.05 rad ·s -1 . The main finding from the present study is that isokinetic measures in ratio-scaled or absolute units yield a different outcome and, hence, interpretation compared with the allometric approach.  相似文献
