| 摘 要： | 美国高校学生事务管理的发展过程共经历三个不同的阶段,其理念受到理性主义、新人道主义、实用主义和存在主义四种哲学思想的影响。美国高校学生事务管理的特点表现在学生事务管理保障的法制化、学生事务管理组织结构扁平化、学生事务管理队伍建设的专家化、学生事务管理评价机制的多样性和学生事务管理机构与服务系统的完备性上。我们要从学生事务管理人性化、学生事务工作法律法规、学术道德教育、学生事务工作的国际化进程等方面完善我国高校的学生管理工作。

| Abstract: | The development of the management of college students affairs in U.S.A.has experienced three stages,and the management philosophy is influenced by Rationalism,New Humanism and Utilitarianism.The management for college students affairs is characterized by the legalization of the management,the flatorganizational structural,expert-oriented management group,diversity of evaluation mechanism and the completeness of management agents and service providing system. |
