| 摘 要： | 本文从网络教学存在的利弊两方面问题出发,指出现代远程教育的重要环节是建设资源仓库和教师适应性转变。详细介绍了二级仓库和“连锁超市”所具有的功能与规模;并对现代远程教学中,如何建设资源仓库、教师如何发挥“搜索引擎”的作用以及如何实现“名师效应”等问题作了较详细的阐述。

| Abstract: | Based on the advantages and disadvantages in the network education, this papers points out that the key link of modern education is the construction of resource warehouse and the transmission of teacher's role, ft introduces in details the functions and scales of the second - class resource warehouse and "chained supermarket". It also probes on how to make use of " research engine" and "prestigious teacher effect". |
