| 摘 要： | 大学科学管理的最主要的表现形式是制度管理,制度管理常常表现的刚性有余而柔性不足。文化管理则表现出是一种柔性管理,与制度管理相比,文化管理更具有人性化,可以促进老师和学生的全面发展。因此,当前我国高校行政管理应该将制度管理与文化管理两者结合,形成统一的整体,达到"刚柔并济",提高管理的效能。

| Abstract: | University scientific management the main manifestations are: system management,system management often performed more than lack of rigid flexible.Cultural management show is a kind of flexible management,and system management,culture management is more humanized,can promote the teachers’ and students’ all-round development.Therefore,the current our country university administration should be the system management and cultural management combination,form a unified whole,achieve "Gout and economic,improve management efficiency ". |
