| 摘 要： | 成人高校社科联具有成立时间短,组织能力强,规模小、人员精,重教学、轻科研等特点,作为发展高校哲学社会科学的一支组成力量,成人高校社科联应结合自身特点,把握其在高校、社会、人才三个方面的功能定位,积极研究引导机制、协调机制、激励机制、评价机制等工作机制的创新,提升成人高校整体社科水平,助推哲学社会科学的繁荣和发展。

| Abstract: | Association of social sciences in adult college is young while it has strong organizational capabilities. The association is small and members are highly qualified. Members pay more attention to teaching than research. As a branch of philosophy and social science development of college composition forces, based on the above characteristics, association of social sciences in adult college should grasp the functional orientation of college, society and talents. It should actively analyze the innovation of working mechanism, such as guide mechanism, coordination mechanism, incentive mechanism, evaluation mechanism in order to improve the college social research level, to promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences. |
