| 摘 要： | 以现代教育技术尤其是计算机网络技术为技术特征的现代远程教育正在蓬勃开展，依赖现代教育技术条件环境开展的远程教学对教师提出了新的要求。应当对参与远程教育的教师进行教育技术培训，以提高其应用现代远程教育理论与技术条件开展远程教育的能力，造就适应运程教育需要的“远程教师”。
