“教学相长”本义复归及其教师专业发展价值

摘    要:"教学相长"思想载于《礼记·学记》中,作为教师个体自我发展的规律而提出"。教学相长"本义并非指教师与学生两个主体的相互砥砺,而是指单一主体"学"与"教"两种行为的交互作用,借以促进其自身发展。"教学相长"依然活跃在当今教育学话语体系中,但其语义所指业已发生部分移位。复归并重申其本义,不仅对教师专业发展研究有重要的指导意义,亦可为教师专业发展行动提供坚实的理论支撑。

Abstract:The concept of"To teach is to learn"exists in"Notes of Study"in"Book of Rites",and is treated as a discipline of teachers’self-development.The original meaning of"To teach is to learn"does not mean the mutual development of teachers and students,but mean the mutual development on teaching and learning of teachers themselves.The concept of"To teach is to learn"is still active in the current education,but the original meaning has changed.To reiterate the original meaning of"To teach is to learn"is not only important for guiding the study of teachers’professional development,but also providing a solid theoretical support for the action of teachers’professional development.
