| 摘 要： | 尽管远程教育在19世纪中叶就已经存在，但对远程教育的理论分析与系统研究直到上世纪50和60年代才在西方国家开始出现，到80年代开始成熟和繁荣。该综述了国际远程教育界自80年代初至今发表的主要理论研究成果及其代表人物。
