| 摘 要： | 在传统翻译观中，“忠实”一直被认为是最高标准，然而绝对的忠实几乎是不可能实现的。叛逆在翻译中普遍存在，在文学翻译中表现得尤为明显。以文学翻译作为研究对象，在明确了创造性叛逆的涵义及其必要性的基础上，以庞德的翻译思想及其译作的影响为个案，探讨文学翻译中的创造性叛逆对于推动目标语文学的发展以及推广源语文化方面的积极作用。忠实与叛逆的关系应该在准确并全面理解“忠实性”的基础上重新进行定位。

| Abstract: | Abstract： In traditional views of translation, faithfulness is regarded as the highest standard of translation. However, it is impossible to achieve absolute faithfulness. Treason exists widely in translation, especially in literary translation. Based on the definition and necessity of creative treason in literary translation, taking Pound＇s transla-tion and related thoughts as a case analysis, this paper mainly quests the positive impact of creative treason on the development of target language literature and the spread of target culture. The relationship between faithfulness and treason should be repositioned on the all-round understanding of ＂fidelity＂. |
