| 摘 要： | 教育管理学科体系是指教育管理概念、原理和方法的结构化。我国的教育管理学科体系可以分为要素体系、经验体系、板块体系、职能体系、工作体系、系统体系和综合体系等若干类别。概括这些体系所包含的内容，我们可以把教育管理学科体系整合为教育管理基础、教育组织管理、教育资源管理、教育管理过程和教育管理环境等部分。

| Abstract: | The system of educational administration discipline can be taken as putting into a structure the concepts, theories and methods of educational administration. The system of educational administration in China can be classified into the following systems: the system of the elements which influences the quality and effectiveness of educational administration; the system of the educational administrative experience that the administrators have had; the system of the portions which the educational administration consists of; the system of the functions or roles that the educational administration plays; the system of the practical procedures of educational administration; the system of the open system which takes educational institutions as social systems and the system of the comprehensive educational administration. By synthesizing the contents of these systems, this paper advances an integrated system of the discipline of educational administration which consists of the following five parts: the foundations of educational administration, the educational organizing; the educational resources management; the process of educational administration and the environments of educational administration. |
