| 摘 要： | 教师是幼儿园能否开展英语教育的关键。作者对当前幼儿园英语教师的素质进行了调查，结果表明教师素质普遍偏低，不能很好地胜任英语教学的任务，由此，作者提出了培养和提高幼儿园英语教师素质的一些有益建议。
