| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆馆员是图书馆所有资源中最重要的资源之一。然而，由于馆员职业定位与实际待遇落差、长时间高重复低创造性的工作、缺乏培训机会、职业前景堪忧等因素的不断侵蚀，越来越多的高校图书馆馆员养成了普遍性、传染性的馆员惰性现象。

| Abstract: | The human resources of librarians can be viewed as the most important resources in university libraries.However,more and more librarians have formed some universal and contagious inertia phenomenon because of the following causes: the relative gap between their professional positions and real material return,long working hours,high repetition,lack of creativity,insufficiency of training and the great anxiety about their professional prospect,etc.. |
