摘    要:如果从专业的角度看,教师观察行为是教师的基本行为之一,它是指教师在一个意义单元内搜集有意义的信息的过程。教师观察行为有五个特征:教师观察行为以意义单元为单位,是搜集有意义信息的过程,是能动的建构过程,具有变化性和单向性。研究教师观察行为必须要研究观察维度,教师专业水平的提高是观察行为有效性的重要保障,观察维度的把握是教师专业水平提高的重要方面。

Abstract:From the professional view,the observing behavior of teacher is one of the basic behaviors of teacher,which means the course of collecting meaningful information in a meaningful unit by teacher.The observing behavior of teacher has the following five characteristics:it takes meaningful unit as its unit;it is a course of collecting meaningful information;it is a dynamic course of construction;it is changeable;and it is unilateral.To study the observing behavior of teacher,we must study observing dimension.In this case,the improvement of the professional level of teacher becomes an important guarantee for the effectiveness of observing behavior.The mastery of observing dimension is an important aspect for the improvement of teacher's professional level.
