| 摘 要： | 独立学院人才培养目标应定位为培养复合应用型人才,这种人才应该在三个层面复合,即基础、能力和专业三个方面复合。独立学院应该从理论教学体系、实践教学体系、素质拓展体系和公共保障体系四个领域构建培养体系。

| Abstract: | The goal of Impendent college should be to bring up a kind of person with compound practical ability,which should include three aspects,that is,foundation,ability and specialty.And cultivation system of independent college should be set up from four fields:the theory teaching system,the practical teaching system,the quality expanding system and the public ensured system. |
