| 摘 要： | 教师依法享有“参加进修或者其他方式的培训”的权利及承担“不断提高思想政治觉悟和教育教学业务水平”的义务。当前中小学教师继续教育权的实现并不乐观，各级政府及其教育行政部门、培训机构、教师群体要充分行使权力保障教师继续教育权的落实，教师个体应积极履行继续教育义务。

| Abstract: | According to the law,teachers have the right "to engage in advanced studies or other types of training" and accept the responsibility for "improving their ideological and political consciousness and their level of education and teaching".At present,the realization of the right for a further education is not optimistic.Governments and educational administrative departments of every level,training setups,and teachers as a group should exercise their rights to guarantee the implementation of teachers' right for further education and individual teachers should fulfill their duties for a further education. |
