| 摘 要： | 通过博弈模型揭示外商没有按照合同出资的管理过程以及我国企业对外商出资的判断。该模型的分析表明我国企业可考虑运用博弈论等现代化的管理工具和决策方法来加强对合资的管理,体现管理的科学性。 |

| Abstract: | This paper constructs a game model to analyze foreign investment behavior in China and the response of Chinese party to the foreign party.It also demonstrates that our firms can use such advanced management tools as game theory to manage joint ventures scientifically. |
