| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力流动是工业化进程中的普遍现象。目前我国正处于工业化高速发展的时期,在此过程中有大量农村劳动力流向城市。他山之石,可以攻玉,要探讨如何优化我国的农村劳动力流动政策,有必要了解发达国家在此方面的相关政策。本文以德国为例,试图通过对其工业化进程中农村劳动力流动问题与相关对策的分析研究,为中国工业化进程中的农民工政策提供一些启示。

| Abstract: | The flow of rural labor is a common phenomenon in the process of industrialization.This paper,attempts to analyze its rural labor flowing problems and related policies in the process of industrialization of Germany,hoping to provide some inspirations for the policies of rural migrant workers in the process of our nation's industrialization. |
