| Abstract: | An independent college's teaching quality is related to its existence and development.At the beginning of the establishment of an independent college,all the staffs must set up scientific viewpoints on advanced education quality in order to serve the local economic development.They should take students' employment demand as their job direction,emphasize on the process control of learning and set up a good supervising and controlling system on teaching quality and long effective mechanism,which can match the college's special features and meet the demand of its development. |
