| 摘 要： | 科技工作者和期刊社的空间离散分布导致了两者通信联系的困难,期刊社应提供功能齐全、内容丰富、流程合理的投稿界面作为投稿者与期刊社沟通和交流的平台.分析了投稿管理中存在的不足,认为投稿界面应由3个部分组成,即:基础平台应包括期刊简介、投稿要求等;接收界面是编读之间的交流平台;采编界面应包括稿件审阅意见回馈.
