| 摘 要： | 中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的制定和发表,充分表明了我们党和政府对大学生思想政治工作的关心和重视。高校教师承担着教书育人的责任和义务,教师的道德素质直接影响大学生的成长和成才。就新形势下如何加强和改进师德建设进行思考和探索,旨在加强高校教师队伍建设,推进大学生思想政治教育工作。

| Abstract: | The issue of "Suggestions on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education of College Students",by the CPC Central Committee and State Council of PRC,demonstrates our party's and government's care and attention for the college students' ideological and political education.The college teachers assume the responsibility and obligation of educating and supervising the college students,so their moral qualities have direct effect on the students' growth and acquisition.To strengthen the construction of college teachers own selves,and to further boost the ideological and political education of college students,some thoughts and investigations,taken by the authors,on how to strengthen and improve the teachers' integrity are presented in the paper. |
