| Abstract: | As is known to all, the beginning of the 21 st century is a very important strategic epoch for Chinese modernization construction. Both domestic and international experiences have shown that the qualification of the nationals is the key to the modernization construction. And at the meanwhile, the community education is the best way to improve the qualification of the nationals. Hence, the paper is intended to argue for the community education as the pivot to accelerate the socialist modernization construction. |
