| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，企业由重视信息管理转向侧重于知识管理，在此中，相继出现了信息主管（CIO）和知识主管（CKO）。作为企业管理主体的CIO和CKO有着各自不同的内涵和职能，二者同时为企业的发展发挥着不可低估的作用。
